the scholarly API, the MCP server, the workspace UI, the export / bibliography
/ project / Obsidian adapters, the build and verification tooling, the tests,
the schemas and the documentation.

It does NOT apply to any source text, transcription, translation, edition or
bibliographic record of third-party works. Specifically, this repository
contains **no**:

  * full text of Lacan's seminars or écrits (French or Chinese),
  * passage store or witness realizations derived from such texts,
  * retrieval indexes built from such texts.

Those materials remain the property of their respective rights holders and are
deliberately excluded from the public edition. Users are responsible for
supplying a corpus they are legally entitled to use. See CORPUS.md.
