Permission is granted to use, run, and compile this software (the “Software”) for personal use and for use on private or public servers, subject to the terms below.

1) Allowed
   a) You may use the Software on your own device(s) and on servers you operate or manage.

   c) You may compile your modified version for your own use.
   d) You may share links to the official project page (e.g., Modrinth) freely.
   e) Servers may charge for access, ranks, VIP, or other server-related services while using the Software,

   a) You may NOT reupload, redistribute, mirror, or republish the Software, in whole or in part.
   b) You may NOT reupload, redistribute, mirror, or republish any modified or compiled versions of the Software.
   c) You may NOT sell, rent, sublicense, paywall, or otherwise monetize the Software or any modified/compiled versions.
   d) You may NOT claim the Software as your own or remove copyright/credit notices.
   e) You may NOT use the Software for illegal activity or for harmful, abusive, harassing, exploitative,
      or otherwise malicious purposes.

3) Modpacks
   Modpacks may include the Software only by linking to the official download page and must not rehost the JAR,
   unless you have explicit written permission from JNCOMPANY.

4) Donations
   Voluntary donations are permitted, as long as they do not grant access to the Software, do not lock features,
   and do not function as a purchase, paywall, or license fee.

5) Termination
   Any breach of this license automatically terminates your rights to use the Software.

6) Disclaimer
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER(S)
   BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY.
