# Tap Dominion Terms of Use

By downloading or using Tap Dominion ("App"), you agree to these Terms.

## 1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for lawful personal use.

## 2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
- use the App for unlawful activity
- interfere with app services, ad integrations, or analytics systems
- manipulate scores, leaderboard positions, matchmaking, or other online features
- manipulate Campaign progress, virtual Credits, rewards, Booster inventory, or cosmetic unlocks
- use bots, automation, modified clients, or unauthorized tools to gain an advantage or interfere with other players

## 3. Accounts, Online Features, and Leaderboards

You may use the App without a traditional account. Google sign-in is optional and enables cloud synchronization of your Tap Dominion profile and game progress. You are responsible for activity performed through your signed-in account.

If you use the global leaderboard, your display name, leaderboard position, score for the relevant category, and the avatar you selected may be visible to other leaderboard users. If you use Online Duel, your display name and selected avatar may be visible to authenticated users during matchmaking and to your matched opponent during the match and on its result screen. Selecting your Google profile photo as your avatar makes that photo visible in these features; you can select an avatar bundled with the App or no picture at all instead.

Online Duel may match you with another player or, depending on availability, a computer-controlled opponent that the App identifies as AI.

You must not use a name or content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, impersonates another person, or infringes another person's rights.

## 4. Campaign, Virtual Credits, and Items

The App may provide Campaign progress, virtual Credits, Boosters, cosmetic target styles, and other
virtual rewards or items. These are features of the App, not money or property. They have no cash
value, cannot be redeemed for money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the App.

Virtual Credits and items are currently earned through gameplay, grants, or optional rewarded ads;
the App does not currently sell them for real money. A reward is granted only after the App receives
confirmation that the applicable requirements, such as completing a rewarded ad, were met. Ad and
reward availability can vary and is not guaranteed.

We may balance, correct, limit, or remove virtual balances, progress, rewards, or items where
reasonably necessary to operate the App, fix an error, address fraud or manipulation, comply with
law, or change or discontinue a feature. Cloud synchronization may merge progress from multiple
devices and does not guarantee that every offline or interrupted change will be recoverable.

## 5. Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your Tap Dominion account from the App or at https://tapdominion.web.app/delete-account/. Deletion is irreversible and removes Tap Dominion account data as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not delete your Google Account.

## 6. Third-Party Services

The App may include third-party services and SDKs, including Google sign-in, Firebase
Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Cloud Functions, Firebase
Remote Config, Firebase App Check, Google Play Integrity, Apple App Attest, reCAPTCHA Enterprise,
ads, and analytics. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply.

## 7. Availability, Updates, and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We may require a newer
version of the App to continue using it when an installed version is no longer supported. Online,
cloud, advertising, and rewarded features depend on network access and third-party services and are
not guaranteed to be continuously available.

## 8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

## 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the App.

## 10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

## 11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your primary distribution region unless local law requires otherwise.
