# Dynatology Programme Dynatology is the corpus-wide investigation ontology for structured physical possibility. It asks: > What can become actual, under which admissibility conditions, through which transformations, and with which observable residue of the alternatives? It does not replace physics, ontology, dynamics, optimization or modal logic. It provides a typed language for connecting them without treating possibility, realizability and observation as synonyms. ## Canonical documents 1. [Ontology and scope](dynatology_00_ontology_and_scope.md) defines the object \[ \mathfrak D=(X,A,T,J,\rho,L,D,I,R) \] and its interpretation. 2. [Investigation protocol](dynatology_01_investigation_protocol.md) turns that object into a reusable research card, evidence ladder and stop rule. 3. [Corpus crosswalk](dynatology_02_corpus_crosswalk.md) organizes existing programmes by dynatological function without moving or reclassifying their source documents. 4. [Machine-readable register](dynatology_register_v1.json) records representative instantiated investigations. 5. [Governed mystery atlas](mystery_atlas_00_governance_and_claimipedia_reconciliation.md) supplies an evidence-neutral intake lane for established anomalies, frontier questions and esoteric prompts. 6. [Consciousness and brain--environment map](mystery_atlas_01_consciousness_and_brain_environment.md) separates neuroscience, Orch OR, electromagnetic proposals, Schumann-frequency coincidences, altered states, near-death reports and anomalous cognition. 7. [Ancient structures and hidden-physics map](mystery_atlas_02_ancient_structures_and_hidden_physics.md) keeps pyramid and megalithic questions open at the level of measurable structure, construction, acoustics, electromagnetism and environmental response without inferring lost technology. 8. [Mystery register](mystery_atlas_register_v1.json) makes the coverage, evidence zones and decisive gates machine-readable. 9. [Initial corpus investigation](mystery_atlas_03_initial_corpus_investigation.md) collides every mystery target with existing corpus theorems, methods and gaps, derives a common mystery-admission test, and ranks the first executable work. 10. [Collision register](mystery_collision_register_v1.json) records whether each contact is direct, candidate-level, methodological, analogy-only or absent. 11. [Deep distance audit](mystery_atlas_04_deep_distance_to_corpus.md) scores every mystery separately on carrier, dynamics, detector, held evidence and promotion debt, then records its nearest bridge and missing arrows. 12. [Distance register](mystery_distance_register_v1.json) makes those scores and bridge obligations machine-readable. 13. [Sacred geometry bridge](mystery_atlas_05_sacred_geometry_bridge.md) restores the missing relation among exact recurring form, generative construction, physical geometry, historical sacred use and ontological interpretation without collapsing those layers. 14. [Sacred geometry motif register](sacred_geometry_bridge_register_v1.json) records which named forms are exact corpus structures, partial contacts or genuine gaps. 15. [Muqarnas as an algebra-to-geometry bridge](mystery_atlas_06_muqarnas_octonion_generative_bridge.md) turns plan-to-vault construction into a falsifiable generative comparison with oriented octonion incidence, associators, quotient scars and Jordan-style closure. 16. [Muqarnas--octonion bridge register](muqarnas_octonion_bridge_register_v1.json) records the staged tests, controls and possible null outcomes for that comparison. 17. [Muqarnas compiler boundary and first source packet](mystery_atlas_07_muqarnas_compiler_boundary_and_source_packet.md) proves that nonassociative labels do not make completed geometric actions nonassociative, relocates the target to a symbol-collapse/realization defect, and selects four provenance-bearing transcription and control sources. 18. [Muqarnas source packet](muqarnas_source_packet_v1.json) freezes source roles, documented features, transcription fields and admission rules before any exceptional-algebra fit. 19. [Topkapı drawing 108 multiplex pretranscription](mystery_atlas_08_topkapi_108_multiplex_pretranscription.md) records the first primary-source inspection, identifies four irreducible plan layers and a native architectural frame, and makes the absence of privileged sevenfold structure an explicit anti-retrofitting result. 20. [Drawing 108 machine observation](topkapi_drawing_108_observation_v0.json) freezes source checksum, page identity, evidence classes, documented counts, layer warnings and the next vector-transcription objects. 21. [The first recovered muqarnas generator](mystery_atlas_09_topkapi_108_radial_generator.md) independently recovers eleven internal rays, twelve quarter-vault sectors and the catalogue's twenty-four-sector half-vault extension, localizing any octonionic test beyond the cyclic radial scaffold. 22. [Drawing 108 radial-scaffold record](topkapi_108_radial_scaffold_v0.json) records the raster method, thirteen detected peaks, spacing residuals and source-bounded interpretation. 23. [Muqarnas mathematics literature review](mystery_atlas_10_muqarnas_mathematics_literature_review.md) separates established muqarnas computation and transferable formal machinery from the new compiler application and the theorem-level work still required. 24. [Mathematics novelty map](muqarnas_mathematics_literature_map_v1.json) classifies twelve components as established direct work, established transfer, new application or open new mathematics. 25. [Muqarnas formalism selection and toy compiler](mystery_atlas_11_muqarnas_formalism_and_toy_compiler.md) selects typed DPO rewriting plus a coloured boundary operad and proves that associative fine assembly can yield nonassociative macro labels with an orientation-odd internal-seam scar. 26. [Typed compiler specification](muqarnas_typed_compiler_spec_v1.json) freezes the object types, interfaces, rewrite layers, residual classes, detectors and exceptional-algebra admission rules. 27. [Topkapı lift fibre and boundary adapter](mystery_atlas_12_topkapi_lift_fibre_and_boundary_adapter.md) corrects the source identity from drawing 108 to catalogue 5, extracts the eight-row plan-to-vault compiler, proves that the documented lift fibre is non-singleton, and identifies the regular-core/irregular-boundary transition without claiming nonassociativity. 28. [Catalogue 5 lift-fibre record](topkapi_drawing_5_lift_fibre_v0.json) freezes the source pages, row regimes, construction sequence, conservative fibre bound, relation to drawing 108 and current non-results. 29. [Topkapı scaffold--plan--realization fibre tower](mystery_atlas_13_topkapi_scaffold_fibre_tower.md) holds the eleven-ray angular signature fixed across catalogue drawings 5, 16, 108 and 110, proves a four-plan lower bound, and shows that boundary completion is independent selection data before the height-realization fibre. 30. [Angular scaffold-fibre record](topkapi_angular_scaffold_fibre_v0.json) freezes the four catalogue witnesses, held invariants, observed variables, boundary selector and conservative non-results. 31. [Golden ratio as the local fivefold module](mystery_atlas_14_golden_ratio_local_module.md) separates the global pi/24 scaffold from local Q(sqrt(5)) pentagonal geometry, connects static phi exactly to the corpus's determinant-one phi-squared dynamics, and records H2--H4--E8 as an established signpost rather than an architectural identification. 32. [Golden-ratio bridge record](golden_ratio_bridge_v1.json) freezes the arithmetic identities, source-specific measurement gate, global/local field separation and exceptional-algebra boundary. 33. [Girih inflation intertwiner and index-two scar](mystery_atlas_15_girih_inflation_intertwiner_and_index_two_scar.md) proves that the corpus trace-three word is two integral copies of Penrose inflation and that the published three-tile girih subdivision reaches its third iterate through a rank-two quotient, projective normalization and index-two lattice embedding. 34. [Girih inflation machine record](girih_inflation_intertwiner_v1.json) freezes the source hierarchy, count kernel, reduced dynamics, explicit intertwiners, lattice index and carrier boundary. 35. [Parity triangle and three-step return](mystery_atlas_16_parity_triangle_and_three_step_return.md) proves that the golden matrix cyclically transports all three index-two sublattices, identifies its modulo-two action with the order-three braid product, and bounds the resulting triality-shaped finite shadow. 36. [Golden parity-triangle record](golden_parity_triangle_v1.json) freezes the three parity channels, braid collision, torsion distinction, admissibility interpretation and boundary-word lift gate. 37. [Boundary-lift no-go and collared choice system](mystery_atlas_17_boundary_lift_no_go_and_collared_choice_system.md) proves that Penrose edge mismatches cannot factor through girih tile counts or their parity shadow, and replaces the naive lift with a source-faithful finite constraint system on collared tiles. 38. [Girih boundary-choice record](girih_boundary_choice_system_v1.json) freezes the 10/2/2 local choice sets, factorization obstruction, mismatch objective, minimum transcription packet and promotion tests. 39. [Figure 4 orbit compression and nested optimization](mystery_atlas_18_figure4_orbit_compression_and_nested_optimization.md) reduces fourteen mapping choices to three canonical coarse-side tuples plus tested symmetry actions and separates fixed-plan phase optimization from count-preserving bowtie--hexagon placement repair. 40. [Figure 4 pretranscription record](girih_figure4_pretranscription_v0.json) freezes source checksums, canonical panels, the conditional 124-to-22 coarse-side-record compression, the unresolved micro-edge alphabet and the local before/after repair witness. 41. [Figure 4 vector-path extractor](../../../verification/extract/extract_girih_figure4_vector_paths.py) checksum-guards the authors' PDF and emits exact red/blue filled-path geometry from the native vector artwork, removing the raster-tracing boundary without assigning premature semantic edge labels. 42. [Figure 4F defect oracle and stop rule](mystery_atlas_19_figure4f_defect_oracle_and_stop_rule.md) registers the before/after supports exactly, separates twelve annotation dots from two violated seams and one point defect, and defines the blind continuity-detector acceptance test. 43. [Figure 4F oracle record](girih_figure4f_defect_oracle_v1.json) freezes the vector bounding boxes, exact translation, count-preserving repair, allowed and withheld detector inputs, expected outputs and terminal stop rule. 44. [Blind Figure 4F continuity result](mystery_atlas_20_figure4f_blind_continuity_result.md) finds a parameter-stable, annotation-blind topological difference in both ribbon families while refusing to mislabel it as a seam count or defect charge. 45. [Blind Figure 4F continuity record](girih_figure4f_blind_continuity_v1.json) freezes the twenty-four-trial stability sweep, resolution-sensitive raw counts, invariant registered delta, allowed inputs, non-results and branch-closing reopen conditions. 46. [Aether, substrate and the universal-cone problem](mystery_atlas_21_aether_substrate_and_universal_cone.md) separates structured vacuum, preferred-frame fields, emergent Lorentz symmetry, analogue media, relational microstructure and dark condensates, then turns the surviving question into eight falsifiable research fronts. 47. [Aether/substrate frontier register](aether_substrate_frontier_register_v1.json) freezes the seven branch types, their recovery burdens and kill tests, plus the eight ranked research fronts. ## Relation to neighbouring programmes - [Admissibility](../admissibility/admissibility_00_foundational_programme.md) determines which states, maps and records are physically legitimate. - [Quotient scars](../quotient-scars/README.md) classify what is erased, retained or recoverable under a declared reduction. - [Frontier physics targets](../frontier-physics-targets/README.md) connect the ontology to calculations, apparatus and kill tests. - [Closure](../closure/programme_closure_manifest.json) records where a route ends at a theorem, no-go, external datum or new-model requirement. Dynatology is therefore an overlay. It does not change the epistemic status of any source claim and does not assert that structurally similar carriers are physically identical. ## Verification Run: ```text node verification/verify/verify_dynatology_register.mjs node verification/verify/verify_dynatology_mystery_atlas.mjs node verification/verify/verify_dynatology_aether_substrate_frontier.mjs ```
