Privacy Policy for Client Chair Effective date: September 2, 2026 This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Client Chair mobile application (“App”). 1. Information Stored on Your Device The App allows you to enter and store information such as: profile name, phone number, social media details, and profile photo; client names, phone numbers, social media details, photos, and notes; appointment, service, pricing, and reminder information; product and supply information; professional preferences and App settings. This information is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to servers operated by the App. Local App data may be included in device backups managed by Apple, depending on your device and backup settings. Such backups are governed by Apple’s privacy policies. You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and any required permission to store information about your clients. 2. Analytics The App may use Google Firebase Analytics to collect limited usage and technical information, including: screens viewed and features used; actions such as adding or updating clients, visits, photos, or products; counts of services or photos, without their content; selected profession, currency, and onboarding preferences; device type, operating system, App version, language, and region; App instance identifiers and diagnostic information. Client names, phone numbers, photographs, notes, message contents, service prices, and the contents of the client database are not intentionally sent to Firebase Analytics. Analytics information is used to understand how the App is used, maintain its functionality, correct errors, and improve its features. Photos The App accesses photos only after permission is granted through the device’s operating system. Selected photos are used for profiles and visit records and are stored within the App’s local storage. Photo content is not uploaded to servers operated by the App or intentionally included in analytics events. Photo access can be changed or withdrawn at any time through the device settings. 4. WhatsApp and SMS The App may prepare a message and open WhatsApp or the device’s SMS application. A phone number and message text are transferred to the selected service only after an action initiated by you. The App does not send messages automatically. Information handled by WhatsApp, a mobile carrier, or another messaging provider is subject to that provider’s own privacy policy. 5. Purposes of Processing Information is processed only as necessary to: provide the App’s features; store and display records created by you; prepare reminders and messages; maintain security and reliability; understand feature usage and improve the App; comply with applicable legal obligations. 6. Data Sharing Personal information stored in the App is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising purposes. Limited technical and usage information may be processed by Google through Firebase Analytics. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law, a court order, or a valid request from a competent authority. 7. Advertising and Tracking The App does not display third-party advertising and does not use information for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking. Firebase App instance identifiers may be used for analytics and operational measurement but are not intentionally used by the App to identify you by name. 8. Data Retention and Deletion Local information remains on your device until you: delete an individual record; use the App’s data-reset feature; or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App normally removes its local data, subject to operating-system behavior and any device backups controlled by you or Apple. Analytics information may be retained by Google according to the Firebase Analytics retention settings and Google’s applicable policies. 9. Security The App relies on standard iOS security mechanisms to protect locally stored information. Analytics information is transmitted using encrypted network connections. No storage or transmission method is completely secure. You should protect your device with a passcode or biometric authentication and keep its operating system up to date. 10. Your Choices and Rights You can view, edit, and delete locally stored information through the App. You can also remove all local App information by using the data-reset feature or uninstalling the App. System permissions, including access to photos, can be managed through the device settings. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of personal information. 11. Children’s Privacy The App is not specifically directed to children and does not knowingly request personal information directly from children. Users who enter information about minors are responsible for having an appropriate lawful basis and any consent required by applicable law. 12. International Data Processing Google may process analytics information in countries other than your country of residence. Such processing is governed by Google’s privacy terms and applicable data-transfer safeguards. 13. Changes to This Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App’s functionality, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The revised version becomes effective on the date stated at the beginning of the policy. You should review this Policy periodically for changes.
