If a public user submits a question, we may collect: - The text of the message submitted - An optional name or email address if provided ### Operational Users (Login Required) Users who log in with a role-based account (Water Tech, Streets, W&S Supervisor, Manager, Inventory) may have the following data stored on our server: - Username and role assignment - Work orders, system readings, and field notes entered within the app - Inventory records and operational logs This data is entered voluntarily by authorized utility staff in the course of their job duties. --- ## Children's Privacy (Kids Zone) The Kids Zone section of Water Ops is designed for educational use by children. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the **Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)**. - The Kids Zone does **not** require account creation or login. - We do **not** knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. - The Kids Zone does **not** contain advertisements, in-app purchases, or links to external websites. - All content in the Kids Zone (water facts, quizzes, coloring activities, and the Water's Amazing Journey game) is fully self-contained within the app. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information through this app, please contact us immediately at **adam656677@yahoo.com** so we may delete it promptly. --- ## How We Use Your Information Information collected through Water Ops is used solely to: - Provide and improve the features of the application - Allow authorized utility staff to perform their job functions - Respond to questions or support requests submitted through the app - Maintain and operate the water operations platform We do **not** use your data for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose. --- ## Data Storage and Security All data is stored on servers owned and controlled by Adam Taylor.
