The plugin registers narrow embedded skills through `ctx.skills.register`. The catalog is deliberately smaller than the product mission list; each skill covers a reusable discipline and points to the native filesystem skill loader for project-local additions.

Project-local skills loaded by `@deepseek-ai/dsh-skill-filesystem` remain the right place for a company's design system, API rules, or domain vocabulary. Generic skills must not override explicit project instructions unless those instructions are unsafe or conflict with Harness policy.
