    "comment": "I am voting ABSTAIN as I currently serve the vice-chair of the Intersect Product Committee. Had the Author engaged the Product Committee, the Author would have been highly aware the Product Committee is already planning to solicit feedback via info action circa end of October. So what dREPS will see now is eseentially heavily incomplete work and have to spend valuable time voting again. This is a fantastic example of an attempt to make oneself feel helpful and special at the expense of progress. I recomend the Author attend a Product Committee meeting if they wish to be helpful relevant to Product Committee initatives"
