    "comment": "I am voting NO on DeltaDeFi: Hydra Trading Infrastructure Budget. First off, I love the work DeltaDefi is doing and think they should keep requesting funds. KPI dashboard makes a lot of sense but we have to nail KPIs first - a refined submission will come on chain in a few months this year. Also, please pursue funds from Builder DOA as they SHOULD be funding you guys - and also continue to socialize this initiative and come back with a hydra-focused infra budget if needed."
