    "comment": "I am voting ABSTAIN on the Cardano Builder DOA. It's a great initiative and would likely be helpful to struggling projects, though I beleive the structure is fundamentally flawed. Private voting among self-interested parties enables projects to linger which otherwise should, for the greater health of the ecosystem, fail more quickly. The first pass of Builder DOA did not live up to an ROI promise in magnitude comparable to the size of funds requested, which I believe is reflected in the current voting sentiment."
