# Rainform brand policy

The PolyForm Noncommercial License covers copyright permissions for the software. It does not grant trademark, endorsement or product-naming rights.

You may use “Rainform / 数据成雨” only to describe the origin of the software, for example:

> Includes Rainform / 数据成雨 by afterimage — https://rainform.pages.dev/

You may not:

- name another product, preset or service “Rainform” or “数据成雨”;
- use the Rainform icon or official social artwork as another product's icon;
- imply that a fork, integration or modified version is official or endorsed;
- remove the required copyright and source notice.

Forks should use a clearly different name and visual identity. Written approval is required for co-branding, official partnership claims or promotional use of the Rainform logo.
