- Name and mobile number (provided during registration)
- District preferences (selected by you)
- Properties you save or bookmark
- Device information such as device type and operating system version
- App usage data for improving our service

We do not collect your email address, government ID numbers, GPS location, contacts, photos, or financial/payment card details.

- To provide and operate the App
- To authenticate your account
- To show relevant content based on your selected districts
- To process purchases through our payment partner
- To send notifications about updates
- To improve the App experience
- To respond to support requests


3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store or have access to your payment card, UPI, or bank account details. Razorpay's privacy policy applies to payment transactions.


4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data according to their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google) — for app analytics, crash reporting, and notifications
- Razorpay — for payment processing
- Mapbox — for map display


5. Data Storage

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers. Local data such as login session and preferences are stored on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the App.


6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

We may share information only:
- If required by law or legal process
- To protect the safety of our users or the public


7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
