# Individual Contributor License Agreement

Thank you for your interest in contributing to PokeClaw. This agreement clarifies the terms under which you may contribute.

By submitting a pull request or otherwise contributing to this project, you accept and agree to the following terms for your present and future contributions.

## 1. Definitions

**"Contribution"** means any work of authorship, including modifications or additions to the project, that you submit to this project.

**"You"** means the individual accepting this agreement.

## 2. Copyright Assignment

You assign all right, title, and interest in the copyright of your Contributions to Nicole (agents.io). In return, Nicole (agents.io) grants back to you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your Contributions in any form.

## 3. Patent License

You grant Nicole (agents.io) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contributions, where such license applies only to patent claims licensable by you that are necessarily infringed by your Contribution.

## 4. Right to Grant

You confirm that:

- You are legally entitled to make this assignment and grant the above licenses.
- If your employer has rights to intellectual property you create, you have received permission to make this Contribution on behalf of your employer, or your employer has waived such rights.
- Each Contribution is your original creation, or you have the right to submit it under these terms.

You provide your Contributions on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind.
