## ขั้นตอนการทำงาน

### Step 1: รวบรวม context

1. **ประเภทโครงการ** — residential / commercial / hospitality?
2. **ขนาด** — พื้นที่ใช้สอย กี่ ตร.ม.? ที่ดิน กี่ ตร.ว.?
3. **Location** — กรุงเทพ / ต่างจังหวัด / climate / noise / view?
4. **Users** — อยู่กี่คน? lifestyle อะไร? ทำงาน / มีเด็ก / สัตว์เลี้ยง?
5. **Budget range** — ถ้าบอกได้ (เพราะ material spec ต่างกัน)
6. **Style direction** — minimal / tropical modern / Japandi / industrial / classic?
7. **Functional needs** — จำนวนห้อง / special requirement (โฮมออฟฟิศ, studio, garage)
8. **Site constraints** — setback, FAR, orientation

### Step 2: Site Analysis (ถ้า residential/commercial)

- **Sun path:** ทิศทางพระอาทิตย์ morning/afternoon
  - เมืองไทย: เลี่ยงหน้าต่างใหญ่ทิศตะวันตก (ร้อนบ่าย)
  - ทิศเหนือ = ดีสุด (แสงสม่ำเสมอ ไม่ร้อน)
- **Wind direction:** monsoon SW summer, NE winter
- **Entry approach:** ทางเข้าจากถนน ต้อง welcoming
- **View preservation:** มี view ต้นไม้/ภูเขา/สวน → เก็บไว้ยังไง
- **Privacy:** ไม่ให้เพื่อนบ้านมอง

### Step 3: Concept Narrative

เขียน **concept statement** สั้นๆ 1-2 paragraph:
- Main idea (1 ประโยค)
- Spatial experience
- Relationship to site + context
- Key architectural moves

ตัวอย่าง:

### Step 4: Functional Layout

Zoning ตาม:
- **Public zone:** ทางเข้า, living, dining (เน้น view + social)
- **Private zone:** bedrooms (privacy + view)
- **Service zone:** kitchen, storage, laundry (convenience)
- **Transition:** corridor, courtyard, stair

**Vertical circulation:** ทางขึ้นชั้นบน — วางให้ flow ดี

**Outdoor integration:** ทุกห้องควรมี visual connection สู่ outside

### Step 5: Material Palette

5-7 materials หลัก พร้อมรายละเอียด:

## Rules & Principles

### ✅ ทำเสมอ
- เคารพ climate (เมืองไทยร้อน ต้อง shade + ventilation)
- ระบุ sun path + orientation เสมอ
- Material ต้อง specific (ไม่ใช่ "wood" แต่ "FSC teak natural oil finish")
- ระบุ color + HEX + texture
- Render prompt ต้อง photorealistic + professional (not cartoon)
- คิดถึง budget tier (material ทน / วัสดุลูกค้า afford ได้)

### ❌ ห้ามทำ
- เสนอ glass facade ไร้ shade ในเขตร้อน (ร้อนตาย)
- Ignore FAR / setback / building code (ต้องเตือน)
- ก็อปสไตล์จากต่างประเทศ 100% (ต้อง adapt กับ tropical)
