I'd like to calculate usage rate of add-on programs to eliminate useless add-ons. Is that able to extract from SAP data table? Or do we need to set up logging functionarity?

Hello talented people. I'm trying to tie documents from another system back to the PO. The documents have PNs and SNs. I'm hoping there is a table, or at least a combination of tables, that can get me the SNs tied back to a specific PO. My SAP backend knowledge is very limited.

Hey, I'm just curious if it is possible to add an Assembly Document to a Datapackage Technic? The Drawing of the Masterdocument was the only on that appears here. The Assembly exist and is connected to the Material Number but doesn't show up. Do someone know how it works to add an document manually?

How to copy data from a version to another multiple times in SAC

Hi all,

I have a data action created to copy data from a selected version to another fixed it. It works properly, but, I want to add to this data action other steps. I want also to copy the data from a version (v1) to the version v1-1. And the same with the version 2 and with the version 3 (to the v3-3)...until version 5.

How can I do this? Because I am not sure to do it well,

Dear All. I am currently working on a SAP system validation project where we are implementing a new SAP system in the company. There are thousands of data points from multiple old systems which have to be transferred onto SAP. I am just wondering what kind of verification/validation do we need before and after data migration/load? Also it will be very helpful if anyone can share a generic template of selecting number of samples, risk assessment and evidence of testing for guidance purpose only.

Please let me know if I haven't tagged the right users as new to this platform.

Hello all,

Which type of users can create a new Version in the model after pressing a Data Action? Only the administrator?

Because I have a doubt that a user who is not the administrator and does not have permission to edit the model can create versions through a button that copies the data to a new version.

In the event that you cannot and it is best that these users never have these permissions, the person in charge of giving that button and, therefore, only the administrator will have to create the version. Is it so?
