Hi All,

I can see that SAP Certification exam for C_TS414_2023 - SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Private Edition, Quality Management is expiring on Dec 31st 2025 and there are no alternatives to this exam that I can find in the list of available SAP certifications.

Can anyone please guide me if I schedule exam for C_TS414_2023 before 31st Dec 2025 and clear it would this be applicable for 1 year till Dec 2026?

Even if I take and clear this exam before 31st Dec 2025 this wont be applicable beyond Dec 31st 2025?

I wont be allowed to take this certification exam before 31st Dec 2025

Please guide and appreciate your assistance in advance for this.

Hello,

According the SAP announcement no exams can be scheduled after Dec 31st 2025 for the certification

C_S43 - SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Asset Management

and the Certification Exam will be replaced soon with the new certification approach ‘system-based’ or ‘scenario-based’.

I found at learning.sap.com only the generic information that most of the exams shall be available with the new approach until mid of January or latest until March 2026.

How is this concrete with the certification C_S43? When will it be available again?

I’m already curious to go for the new approach and I appreciate your assistance in advance for this.

The SAP Certified - Implementation Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, Financial Accounting course contains the following information advisory:

“This SAP Certification Exam will be replaced with a practical exam by end of January. No exams can be scheduled after December 31st. Scheduling will be open again once the new exam version is available.”.

Please advise if it’s still ok to go ahead with the study or await the release of the new exam version? Not sure if this will affect the course content?

Hi,

This came very abruptly and is very poorly communicated. I've been preparing for the exam and planned to take it in January.

"This SAP Certification Exam will be replaced with a practical exam by end of January. No exams can be scheduled after December 31st. Scheduling will be open again once the new exam version is available."

Why would the exam version be stopped without having a replacement in place while the content should stay the same?

This is very irresponsible to the time and resources we've invested in the certification. While we're ready for examination and have a deadline to adhere to, we're subjected to the change of format without sufficient warning, which we would need to spend more time to prepare for.

Is there a way we could access the certification exam of the "old" format for the month of January at least?

Hello, I am looking to take the C_SEC "SAP Certified Associate - Security Administrator" Practical (not Theoretical, as now that version of the examination is retired) certification:

Does anyone have recommendations on practice materials relevant to the practical version, that are not listed below? (because I am already reviewing them):

All "Recommended steps to prepare for the exam" Learning Journeys/Courses on the webpage
All digital exercises in each Learning Journey attached (quizzes, step-by-step exercises)
All Live Sessions attached to each Learning Journey (under "Level up your skills" section)
And the following Hands-On practice systems: Hands-on Practice for Exploring the Authorization Concept for SAP Fiori on SAP S/4HANA (for textbook ADM945), Hands-on Practice for Exploring the Authorization Concept for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite (for textbook ADM940)

The Live Sessions directly recommended for this certification are spread out across several months, and not all of them have recordings of previous sessions. I'm not sure what other Hands-On Practice systems or Live Sessions would be beneficial as there are only two Hands-On practice systems directly recommended for this.

Hello everyone,
Just sharing my experience regarding booking a certification exam this January. I was under the impression that all certification exams had transitioned to a practical format and that the proctored theoretical (MCQ) version was no longer offered. However, when I took my exam today, I was surprised to find that it was still the MCQ format.

I’m now wondering whether the result of my exam is still considered valid. I’d appreciate it if anyone could share insights or clarify this.

Has anyone taken the new Management Accounting certification exam (C_P2WCO_2023)? I was planning on taking the old certification exam (C_TS4CO_2023) when I saw that it was retiring.

I'm just trying to understand if this new exam is the new "practical" open-book exam that SAP has been moving to, or if this is still the multiple choice style, just with a different exam code.

I want to make sure I'm properly prepared for the exam when I take it later this week.

Hello experts, I am a student using the SAP Learning Hub account for university students. This package provides students with 2 free certification exam attempts, and I have just used one attempt to take the IEE2E certification exam.

For this certification, candidates take the exam in a system-based assessment format. According to the information provided by SAP, the evaluation time after completing the exam is approximately 15 minutes. However, I have waited for over 24 hours, and the exam is still in the 'In Review' status, and my exam attempt has not yet been deducted.

I am quite concerned as this is my first time taking the exam and it is in a new format. Has anyone encountered a situation like mine? Should I continue to wait, or is there a next step I should take?

I just enrolled in the SAP Certified - Implementation Consultant - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition exam and this error appears and I can't access the exam. It says Temporarily unavailable The displayed practice system is currently not available. Will this affect my exam attempt?

Hi together,

I got the SAP Learning Student Edition and while I can enroll in expert live sessions, practice systems and implementation consultant certification exams for various topics, whenever I try to visit the webpage for the SAP Certified Associate - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition, Financial Accounting (C_TS4FI) certification I get the following page:

The strange thing is, I get this message on different accounts, regardless of the subscription I have on the respective account. Also, why would I be able to enroll in courses meant for this certification, when I'm not allowed to take the exam.

I'm assuming it isn't really a permission error, rather SAP hasn't finalized the respective certification exam yet, or am I wrong?

according to the SAP Certification Support page https://learning.sap.com/helpcenter/certification-support/how-to-get-certified (section 3.2) I should be able to purchase "SAP Certification exam, two attempts" from the the SAP Store.

I am located in BULGARIA, European Union country.

When I click on "Buy now," I am redirected to: https://store.sap.com/dcp/en/search?currentPage=1&pageSize=24&query=:relevance&search=

After a few seconds, the following note is displayed for a few seconds: "The selected solution is not available".

The same issue occurs when I follow this link: https://www.sap.com/training-certification/learning-hub.html#pricing

I have tried:

Different laptops (macOS, Windows 11, Windows 11 via VMware Fusion)
Different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Edge)
Different SAP UIDs
Clearing browser cache

The issue persists in all cases.

I have been in contact with STORE.ADMIN@SAP.COM since last week, but I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same problem.
