Hello guys! I am currently in law school and I wanted to dive into the SAP world but I am having trouble on picking a certification that would be complimented by my future law degree. I also wanted to see what i could get certified in with the hopes of finding summer work. I would appreciate any advice or suggestions. Thank you!

Hi,

I have been working in EAM/MRS area for some time now and want to do a Certification to boost my profile. The erstwhile EAM Certification is now discontinued and based on what I have researched, I see two options

C_FSM_2211 - SAP Certified Application Associate - Field Service Management

C_TS413_2021 - SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4 HANA Asset Management

Which certification will add more value? I know FSM becomes a specific use case and more focus from SAP is towards SSAM (Service and Asset Manager) as it is based on BTP, integrates out of the box with Utilities but still would like to know expert opinion on how popular FSM is really is in real world. SAP acquired Coresystems as the product was in direct competition to SAP's own Asset Manager but there seems to be no real push, will the product be shelved in near future and the efforts and money will be lost for certification which will not see 2025. I am confused. Any help is appreciated.

I have been working through the SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Signavio Learning Path and was planning to take the certification exam upon completing the learning path.

The certification site states the exam is retiring on March 11, 2024. Will there be a new exam to replace it?

I have been in IT for 25 years. My wife is back in college and is almost finished with supply chain and marketing and she has been using SAP and I’ve had to help her navigate the software and it being my first time and being technologically sound I navigate it decently well. I would like to be a consultant as I’m nearing retirement with my current job with the school system. What route should I take? What certs and beginning learning do u need to go for? Hi Experts, Can some share how to enable the process Transfer Data from IDoc to Inspection Lot (QM-IM-IL)? Our client is having a requirement that certificate of analysis containing results will be received electronically (like a PDF) & the results from the certificate of analysis needs to be copied/transferred to the inspection lot 01 which will be created upon GR. How can this be enabled? Can some one please advise on the end-to-end flow from a design/solution perspective involving IDOCs?

Certification C_HCADM_05 : Provision and administer databases in SAP HANA Cloud
expired on 28th March 2024
What is the new version of this certification?
I see the learning journey of this still existsProvision and Administer Databases in SAP HANA Cloud | SAP Learning

and this learning journey say leads to certification. SAP Certification

So which certification does this leads to? because I don't want to spend hours of learning time which leads to nothing.
So, if anyone know the information on this please comment.

SAP C_SECAUTH_20 Certification

Hi all,

I wanted to appear for the C_SECAUTH_20 exam. However, I have noticed that it's going to expire by 28th March 2024. Since there is not enough time to prepare for the exam, so I didn't register. Now I am unable to find any other certifications suitable for 'SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP System
Security and Authorizations' after that. Does anyone know if any other certifications related to this will be available from April 2024?. Thanks in advance.

Question regarding Class and Sub Class Constructor

Hello!

Me and my colleagues have been studying for the SAP Back-End Developer - ABAP Cloud Certification and we have come across a question where we need some discussion regarding the right answers:

Class super has subclass sub. Which rules are valid for the sub constructor? (2 correct)

1. The method signature can be changed.
2. Events of your own instance cannot be raised before the registration of a handler in super.
3. Import parameters can only be evaluated after calling the constructor of super.
4. The constructor of super must be called before using any components of your own instance.

We know that 4. is true and 3. is wrong, but we are not sure about which one of the others is true. We have read several SAP sources and we need some input from the community.

Print customer specific inspection plan results on Outbound Certificate of Analysis in SAP QM

Dear Experts,

When is Outbound Certificate of Analysis usually generated at time of Outbound Delivery creation, at what step?

Also, wanted to check if its possible at before the Outbound Certificate of Analysis is generated, the system should check-

If any customer specific inspection plan exists
See all the inspection characteristics in the customer specific inspection plan & only those MICs that are present in customer specific inspection plan & not all the characteristics in the main inspection plan (since customer specific inspection plans could have different number of MICs)

Can the above be achieved through standard SAP QM or will it entail some enhancement? If enhancement, please suggest any possible BAPI/BADI/User exits etc.

My colleague is an SAP Security consultant wants to peruse certification on Security but when checked certificate recommendation via: SAP Certification Recommendation

C_GRCAC SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Access Control 12.0 Already retired* No recommendation*

The C_GRCAC is retired and there are no recommendations for it.
So, what will be the next path for the Security Consultants in certificate perspective?

Is this an error? If yes, can it be fixed so that we know which certification to do for this role?

I have resigned from the X Org. from which I took certification and kept delta and certification validity.

Since I'm leaving when 1H 2024 has been released, and "Stay Current" is still not available. How would I be able to keep my certifications valid.

Digital Badge not received after passing the certification

on 6th May 2024, i completed the certification C_TS4FI_2021. After successfully completing the exam, i received a mail that i have passed the exam. However, i have not received any follow on mail to claim the digital badge, and also when i check certification tab under 'My learnings' section the certificate is not available.

My universal id is tusharpoddar@gmail.com

I have already raised Ticket on same day (Ticket ID 751434) which is lying unattended on 4th day today.

I have raised it of twitter of Learning@SAP but no one seems to be bothered. Is there any other way or escalation method available for this

SF Certification Invalid Exam Link

I had a scheduled SF certification exam but when I clicked Begin Exam as per proctor's instructions, the exam didn't load and just showed gray screen all through out. We tried a couple more times and I was even asked to force restart but the exam still didn't load after 30 minutes of back and forth.

I reached out to Examity and was told that the link SAP provided to them is invalid. Has anyone encountered this? Not sure if this is due the fact that 2311 is sunseting hence they are no longer allowing test takers?

I had previously taken other certifications and didn't encounter this issue.
