which BAPI can I use to create a new HR-Mini-Master (HR-Ministamm) based on the PA40 Transaction in SAP S4?
I cant find the correct BAPI in the BAPI Explorer.

I have three questions about the AI-powered skill library creation that was announced for the 2024 1H release.

1. Is it correct that the Skill Foundation, one of the three components of TIH (Growth Portfolio, Attribute Library, Skill Foundation), is responsible for creating the skill library using job requirements and job role information by using machine learning capabilities?

2. Will the AI automatically generate the library based on job requirements and job role information pre-loaded by customers in EC? Or will it be built using 3K job requirement data from external organizations? Alternatively, will it be a combination of both?

3. Where can customers access the AI-created skill library? Will the data automatically flow into the Attribute Library?

Hi,

In the H4S4 time off replication, has there been any facility added (Badi or enhanced mapping ) when creating IT2001 absence records in SAP on replication from EC?

In our existing BIB configuration there is only the very basic A to B mapping available on absence replication with no ability to include logic or rules.

We are creating a new company code 20 for a unit in UAE region and subsequent CATS configuration is in progress.
This configuration V_T500P does not allow entry of hours in CAT2 screen and gives runtime error.
The run time error vanishes when the HCM Localization parameter is changed from AE to 10. Ideally it should be AE
In debug mode we noticed that Molga = AE does not get copied over to MOABW which is a numeric field.

Good afternoon,

We need to replicate data from SAP ERP to Employee Central, but the data quality is quite a mess.

There are national ID from Molga 39 country (Chile) in different formats,

12.123.123-1

12123123-1

1231231231

The valid format would be this:

__.___.___-_

(the first one of the three above)

so i am trying to use value conversion this way,

according to the manual it should work

but is showing errors when replicating in se38

it is supposed to find the "-" if any and replace it by an <nbsp> space, the same with the points (\.) and after all, applying the correct format __.___.___-_

but it looks like seq number 1 and 2 (replace using patterns with string/ec field) don´t work if together only work if i delete one of them and leave the other.

Maybe i need just to write everything in the same line and using a regular expressions as if i was writing ABAP code, but regular expressions like this [.-] are not working in this value conversion.

Therefore i would like to know if there are limitations for the regular expressions in this value conversion tool or they should work the same as if i was using ABAP code.

I have a question about SAP Integration Suite. Currently, we have established a unidirectional data flow from HCM to SF_EC via SAP Integration Suite. I am keen to understand whether SAP Integration Suite can be augmented to support bidirectional data exchange, thereby enabling modifications made in SF_EC to be seamlessly reflected back in our HCM system.

In contemplating this two-way transmission, I am also mindful of potential data integrity concerns, specifically the risk of data collisions or inconsistencies that might arise during concurrent updates.
