How to get a list of assets in SAP Analytics Hub?

Hello Everyone

I am trying to find a way to display some information about my assets in SAP Analytics Hub, like

- List of all my assets

- Which user execute it

-When was the last date executed

- How many times has been executed

- The different links of Reports or Stories that cointain the asset

Anybody who have had success with that?

MRP Tables MDKP/MDTB

Hi Everyone

In S4HANA i had execute the table MDKP and from this table output i had copied the MRP Area Number and pasted in MDTB Table but now system is not showing any data in MDTB Table.

Can anyone suggest why this is happening so???Or this MDTB functionality is being stopped???And what are the solutions for the same...

Need your valuable suggestion it will be a great help we have a meeting tomorrow with one of our customer tomorrow so need your help...

All the materials that you use within a warehouse number must also be

defined for this warehouse number. The material you are using is not

defined.

Procedure

If you want to use the material within your warehouse number, you must

create the material in the material segment for that warehouse number.

SAP counter should match with machine counter to get maintenance order on time.

Having Difficulty Creating Hyperlinks in SAP Build Process Automation

Hello,

I'm working on implementing a hyperlink within SAP Build Process Automation, and I'm utilizing a custom script to generate this hyperlink with two input variables, 'url' and 'number,' while setting the output as 'number' to direct to the input URL. The script I'm using is as follows:

var link = '<a href=' + url + '>' + number + '</a>';

return link;

However, I'm encountering an issue with the output, which doesn't seem to resolve as a hyperlinked text properly:

`<a href='link'>123</a>`

I've also attempted to modify the function to handle escape characters, but unfortunately, that didn't resolve the issue:

return decodeURIComponent(link);

I'm seeking suggestions on how to successfully create a functional hyperlink, as I intend to pass it to my alert handler. Your insights and guidance would be greatly appreciated."

Delivery has not yet been completely processed by WM and goods also not picked/unable to post PGI

hello,

I try to do OTC process. Am created order and delivery successfully after that i could not do post goods issue and picking also unable to done in LT03 scree.

the error messages i got were:

VL608 Delivery has not been completely processed by WM.

VL609 Delivery has not been putaway/picked completely

hope somebody can help solve this issue.

I_JOURNALENTRYITEMBASIC_CDS is not available in SAP Analytics Cloud

Hi All,

We are working on integration between S/4HANA (On-Premises) and SAP Analytics Cloud.

Issue - We are looking for PRPS table (JIB Class/Sub Class fields) from S/4HANA in SAC instance. We are unable to find these fields directly in SAC (which is connected via standard integration), so we have tried the below steps.

Step-1: We have identified the API - I_JOURNALENTRYITEMBASIC_CDS which can bring the PRPS table (JIB Class/Sub Class fields)

Step-2: We have activated the below business components in SAC (1) SAP Finance (2) Finance foundation for S/4HANA and S/4HANA Cloud

Step-3: We are supposed to see the API - I_JOURNALENTRYITEMBASIC_CDS, but it is not available in the SAC even after activating the business content in SAC

Can you anyone please help us to understand how to activate the above API or a better way to extract PRPS table fields JIB Class and Sub Class information in SAP Analytics Cloud.

Current S/4HANA On-Prem version is 1908 and SAC version is 2023.16.12 (Client)

Hi All,

We need a help to identify any relevant stories delivered in the business content in SAC (content network) for Project System module of S/4HANA?

Current SAP data structure –

Project is setup in PS module of SAP (Data for this level exists in the standard SAP table – PROJ)
Each project has multiple child nodes which are called as WBS Elements (Data for this level exists in the standard SAP table – PRPS)
Each WBS Element has financial postings (Data for this level exists in the standard SAP table – ACDOCA)

We understand there is only one report available for Project under below business content (story name - SAP__PPM_PROJECTPORTFOLIO)

Question - Anyone guide us if there are any relevant business content stories for WBS Element level?RegardsLingesh

Memory Issue in SAP Analytics Cloud During Model Join

Hi All,

We are building a report in SAP Analytics Cloud for S/4HANA (on-prem) data using standard API query.

During the development, we are trying to connect two APIs - "A_JournalEntryItemBasic" with "A_FinWBSElements" to obtain the project information for financial postings.

During the join in the model, we are encountering a memory issue as shown below.

Issue: We are executing a left join condition on “Journal” table with (20 columns and 19,000 records) “WBS Element” table (15 columns and 116,670 records).

Error: “4 - Cannot allocate enough memory, please check traces for further information”

If anyone has already encountered this error, please help us. Feel free to recommend the possible option for us to explore and fix.

Hi everyone

Is it possible to initially start SAC with my own HTML page (Like an intranet page) or highly customize the Home Screen (like in a story)?

if not, would it be possible that when a specific SAC Team starts SAC, a certian Diagrams/Numeric points will already be pinned to the Home screen according to my customization? (And other SAC Teams would see different pinned Diagrams)

I am aware of the Administration settings for the Default Appearance to change the Logo and add or remove tiles, but what I am searching for is either customizing the Home screen according to specific teams or adding my own Home Screen.

I appreciate any suggestions or ideas that could bring me to the solution.

which method is suitable for Partitioning of table /BI0/F0SM_UPL_Y. As we have house keep job has set and working fine. We kept 5 years retention as per the customer requirement and basic cleanup has been already.

current count is 1.5B. Could you please let me know which partitioning is suitable for this log table and which key field i have to consider as we have many key fields in this table
