Hi Experts,

I have a query regarding SLP integration with S4/HANA, Let's take the scenario, I have created vendor master data in SLP and with Integration the same vendor master data is created in S4/HANA, If I change some data in a specific vendor or block some of the vendors in S4/HANA will the change reflected in Ariba SLP by changing in S4/HANA?

Risk Engagement Request Send Modular Questionnaires

Hello,

I have been trying to set-up the Control-Based Engagement Requests, but I am not able to send out the modular questionnaires to suppliers/internal users.
What I did was link a risk control to a certain modular questionnaire and like the documentation said I added a "to do task" to send out this modular questionnaire in the risk engagement template but I was not able to send out this questionnaire.

My question now is: does the modular questionnaire needs to be sent out as a stand-alone questionnaire to this supplier via the SM Modular Questionnaire tab or is it also possible to do it via the engagement request? If it's via the engagement request, how can I do it?

How to capture or add additional fields in the User profile screen for a given user, we are expecting to store user related details like what type of user ? user sub type?

Please let us know as to how to do achieve this via user data import ?

In Supplier Risk, I have multiple assessments in one Engagement Request that are being sent to one supplier. I want to send some of these assessments to different contacts as they are the SME for the supplier and would be in a better place to answer. Is it possible to send assessments to different contacts or can my primary contact forward the assessments on to the relevant contacts within his organisation?

How can you create a report that shows all Risk Controls Status?

I want to create a report that shows the status (i.e. effectiveness rating) of all my Risk Controls for all Engagement Requests?

I couldn't see it in the pre-packaged report and couldn't build it? The status field is showing whether it's been completed but not the rating effectiveness.

Disable notifications in Supplier Risk

My team and end users keep getting lots of notifications from Supplier Risk when a a project is created, issue created, project assigned to them or added to a project etc.

How can I disable these notifications please? I've tried in Project Manager > Project Email Templates but I can't see the relevant notifications nor can I delete them from there.

I took the SAP Ariba Supplier Management 2H 2023_Stay Current web assessment and the 6 practical exercises.

However, the certification status continues to say that it is only valid until 2024-06-03?!

Can you understand why the status was not updated?

Hi there.
I have a problem. I need to integrate Cloud Identity Services with Ariba and Azure AD so that after authentication I can access the workzone.
Using the authentication conditional, I can authenticate through the user's domain to which Azure Ad belongs. However, with Ariba, I cannot do a conditional as it does not have its own domain, so the solution was to load the IAS with Ariba user data by introducing a group and by identifying this group (which is the same one that will be set in the conditional) you will be able to identify that the user is from Ariba and validate it in Ariba.
However, the load made in IAS may not be the same load that is in Ariba, in which case there may not be a match.

To solve this problem, I would have to insert a landpage in which one button would be for Azure AD (internal users) and another button for Ariba (external users), and by clicking on them I could do the SSO correctly.

However, I am unable to find an example of how to do this, because according to the documentation provided by sap, I have not yet managed to achieve a positive test.

I would need some guidance, or some suggestion so that I can solve this problem without having to burden the IAS.

I thought that leaving Ariba as the default in Cloud Identity Services, I would use an external service that can validate me in Azure AD and redirect me to the Portal, without the need to use the IDP in Cloud Identity Services. But also, I couldn't find an example or anything like that.

Any suggestion, idea, or experience (if by chance, you have gone through the same scenario) is very welcome.

Ariba Supplier Registration status did not change to pending resubmit

Hello, we have a supplier that was previously registered and approved. They made changes to their registration. We responded needing additional information and updates to the registration.

The log shows details: Supplier registration project registration update status changed from Pending Approval to Pending Resubmit.

When we look at the supplier registration there is an information message at the top: The registration questionnaire is pending resubmission from the supplier. However, the Registration Status still shows as Registered. We were expecting this to change to Pending Resubmit.

Is this a correct status/behavior since the supplier was previously registered and approved? Should the status have changed? If so, where might I look for any missing logic of configuration settings?

- how long a piece of work like this might take?

Issue with ARI-16207: Calculate Inherent Risk for Engagement Requests by Risk Domain

Hi,

In the recent release of Ariba Supplier Risk, there was new feature added

ARI-16207: Calculate Inherent Risk for Engagement Requests by Risk Domain

After it was enabled and tested on client portal, it doesn’t appear to allow domain-based scores to trigger assessment questionnaires. (Eg. assessments can be only triggered by answers to questions or the overall inherent risk score, not domain-based scores). It is bad user experience where we perform a scoring by domain but then need to enforce some business rule to say “do you need to trigger a Privacy questionnaire” and if yes, trigger the questionnaire. A better solution would make all domains scored as Medium or above to trigger a questionnaire automatically. Is there any workaround related to this?

I have registered a supplier, but they were registered with different ANID, but now they requested to change the ANID to the one on which they manage global business with other customers.
