Blank page when accessing Fiori applications on BTP

Hello.
We are having a problem accessing Fiori's apps that were 'exposed' in a BTP workzone.

It happens when accessing any application. It doesn't show any error messages, just the screen is blank.

All "identity provider" and "content federation" settings have already been reviewed.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I am completely beginner to SAP world and about to complete the training, "Building side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP", I stumbled upon such error message and cannot start the CDS application using, cds watch command. It worked in the past but suddenly this happened. npm update and npm ci did NOT work. Can it happen due to any recent updates in package.json dependencies.? Can anyone support with this please? Is it possible to access default values / user parameters from the Fiori Launchpad in Fiori Elements

Hi,

in SAPUI5 you can easily reach the default values from the Fiori Launchpad / BTP Work Zone.
Is this also possible for Fiori Elements? Is there any annotation which i can set or something?
Or do i have to extend my application with the Flexible Programming Model and access the values in a Freestyle Controller?

After a long search i could not find the answer...

Here how i access the default values in SAPUI5 Freestyle:

this.componentData = this.getOwnerComponent()?.getComponentData();
this.startupParameters = this.componentData.startupParameters;

Greetings Everyone!!! I am exploring a career around SAP technologies. I do have development backgound of middleware and database technologies using C# and JAVA, cloud, perfromance engineering, management with close to over all 18+ years of experience. I would like to get some suggestions from SAP community and also if anyone made a move switching to SAp from traditional application/services developement.

I am looking for infights on what't the best course to make a switch and what do you suggest to start with, focus more and get hands-on experience or get trained on and suggested certifications on SAP modules. I would like to focus more on technology rathar than functional.

Previewing the data show me results. But the preview of the service does not show the child section at all:

The cardinality of the composition is 0..*

I guess, there is a missing link for me...

CDS Annotation: Dynamically hide a line_item

I have a simple CDS view with LINE_ITEM annotation.

Dependent on a condition i want to hide the column via the hidden property.

@ui.lineItem: [{ position: 1000, hidden: true }] works fine. The column is not rendered.

But none of the variants works all all:

@ui.lineItem: [{ position: 1000, hidden: #( 'X' )}]
@ui.lineItem: [{ position: 1000, hidden: #( true )}]

@ui.lineItem: [{ position: 1000, hidden: #( abap_true )}]

@ui.lineItem: [{ position: 1000, hidden: #( '1' )}]

Intention was to use something like:
@ui.lineItem: [{ position: 1000, hidden: #( case when MyTableField = '' then abap_true else abap_false end )}]

The question is, was is the correponding expression to "hidden: true"

Hi Experts,

I have access to Cloud ALM direct URL only.

https://<subdomain>.alm.cloud.sap

But I don't have information of Cloud ALM sub-account direct cockpit URL and which region it was provisioned. I don't find it from SAP ME quick launch as well.

I tried to use all the regions. It says does not exist.

https://emea.cockpit.btp.cloud.sap

https://amer.cockpit.btp.cloud.sap

https://apac.cockpit.btp.cloud.sap

Now , please tell me

Hello all

Has somebody worked with the above technology already?

We set up a trial tenant and went through the steps specified in the documentation:

SAP Build Process Automation | Foundation Add-On By UiPath

But we cannot find anything related to UiPath, no activities, nor automations, or even the UiPath workspace.

Support from UiPath or SAP is scarce, although my employed has partnerships with both.

Any advice to at least get us started is welcomed.

I am looking for tutorials, where I can build separate modules for Node.Js, UI5 and HANA, and then connect them together to form a fully fledged application, based on a use case from one of the previous projects I was a small part of, so as to upskill myself and apply the knowledge in my future projects.

However, I could not find any tutorials, for connecting separately created modules to this purpose.

Could anyone please help me with the same, where I can find the relevant resources?
