Hello,
My issue is the following :
I want to use an entity "a1" from one MCD "A" in another MCD "B"
Both CDMs open in files
From the object explorer I drag and drop from entity "a1" to MCD "B"

and I get in the CDM "B" a shortcut of "a1" which does not allow me to access the properties to directly view the attributes of a1.

How to get the properties of entity "a1" directly in the CDM "B".Tanks.

Boa tarde pessoal,

Estamos atualizando o nosso cliente para a versão do Sap Business One10.0 para Hanna. Nos deparamos com uma inconsistência na qualificação como tabelas ex: cadastros de vendedores \ compradores estão sem informações, embora se dermos um select na tabela (OSLP), as informações estão populadas. Em algumas bases, isso também está ocorrendo no OBPL. Ao tentar abrir qualquer documento de marketing (Recebimento de mercadorias), ocorre o erro no título em questão. Alguém já passou por isso quem vai nos auxiliar.

Obs: Também não é possivel cadastrar manualmente.

Desde já eu agradeço.

Can someone tell me in the simplest terms possible how I can view a list of transactions & the roles needed to access them?

I've googled it & read a lot of comments but I cant seem to find a definitive & crystal clear answer.

I am on a helpdesk & not a SAP expert so need dummy instructions please.

All I need is

Step 1 - Get access to the following transaction for yourself first by applying for the following role/roles.

Step 2 - Go here

Step 3 - Enter the following

Step 4 - Any other instructions.

Not too much to ask surely 🙂

SAP CPI Integration with Subscription Billing

Hello Experts,

we are calling an SAP Subscription system API with SAP CPI .

The below is the error we are facing

org.apache.camel.component.ahc.AhcOperationFailedException: HTTP operation failed invoking https://us10.revenue.cloud.sap/api/product-service/v1/products/search?changedAfter=2021-12-09T00:00:00.000Z&pageSize=50&published=true with statusCode: 400.

We deployed the OAuth Client credentials as is.

The same thing we did in sandbox and Quality system and it was able to fecth the data successfully from SAP SB system "us10.revenue.cloud.sap/api".

Could you please let us know is there any confugration issue need to be done on SAP Cloud platform cockpit for SAP SB- Production environment.

Entitlement Model creation

Hi Experts,

We need to design an entitlement model,

We have a requirement where we have an offering(Material) in entitlement generation payload and this offering has multiple offers(discounts) and these discounts has characteristics(Attributes), The name of the characteristics under offers is same but has different values.

Could you please help us how we can design the entitlement models.

SAP Entitlement Management API Call from Provisioning system

We are using SAP Entitlement management to create customer entitlements.

We have website where in user can login to download software.

However before customer is allowed to download software from the website, API call needs to be made to SAP Entitlement management to check if customer is authorized to download.

There are series of checks within Customer Entitlement record and also API call needs to be made to S4 HANA system and some custom logic needs to be written before API can return response to the calling e-commerce application if customer is authorized to download software.

Question:

Is there way to create your own custom endpoint that website can call? In other words is there way to create in SAP Entitlement management like we can do in S4 HANA ERP system Odata service API that has custom logic written in ABAP and can send response back after series of check?

We are using the Entitlement Management API for update the existing entitlement record. Following error appeared while executing ''The update of field [ItemValidFrom,ItemValidTo] is not supported''. Can you please guide how this can be resolved.

How to charge for On/Off product features when modifying subscription

Id like to get ideas on best approach to modelling ‘ON/ OFF’ product features and apply associated charge for their use in addition to the basic subscription charge. Can I do this in SB alone or is including EMS a better approach

These features could be sold with the basic car or ordered anytime during the cars subscription lifetime.

EG. Advanced Driving Services such as Turning 4WD on/off when you drive car to the mountains or go skiing at 30 Euros for a week.

Another example is of adding additional horse power when you are towing a caravan at 100 Euros per month.

These charges are added on top of basic recurring charge and then withdrawn at end of required period.

Can entitlements be shared amongst a customer hierarchy (of-setting)

Can entitlements be shared amongst multiple business partners.

Or can EMS allow creation of entitlements that are shared by eg departments/ subsidiaries/ locations.

The requirement is to be able to off-set entitlements.

EG..a customer has 3 departments. Each department has 10 entitlements. When Department A has consumed its allocated 10 entitlements, its use of the 11th can be from Department B or C's quota of entitlements

User audit logs in EMS

Hello there,

Is it possible to get a full audit history of what actions a user has performed against what entitlements? We know that the system logs any changes made to an entitlement and the business reason / justification. But can this data be extracted for analysis and audit purposes?

When you are working with subscription billing and entitlement management in Public Cloud, does the sandbox for these 2 tenants get decommissioned when requesting the production tenant for Subscription Billing and EMS.

Hello EMS experts,

Our scenario is S4 subscription contract via CPI to EMS record update .

we need some inputs on the best way to handle Cancel the EMS record when CPI is sending Cancel business event and end date of contract .

In EMS, end date is updating, but status is not getting update as CAN . Is there any code to add in Rule sets . If yes, where and what to add to get desired status updates.
