Hello everyone,

I am trying to access the JAM API. For a few months ago I created an account in my hanatrial account and I could call the API and get my user Data without problems using the URL:

https://developer.sapjam.com/api/v1/OData/Self

But since a few days ago I get a error: "Your account is either not authorized, or not enabled to use the API." when I try to access. I checked in Admin->Features and the API ist active and my user is the administrator, so I do not understand why i am not authorized.

Can someone give me a hint? Thank you in advance.

Connecting SAP using Pythan PyRFC-Resulting error

Dear Colleagues,

Due to huge volumes of data at our system management has decided to use Pythan scripting for reporting needs, as this will support huge data churning in very short time.

for this we tried connecting SAP system using PyRFC as per the below steps. but we are getting the error as mentioned below.

While establishing SAP NW RFC SDK Client for Python I had followed these steps from https://github.com/SAP/PyRFC

Download and unzip SAP NW RFC SDK 7.50 from https://support.sap.com/en/product/connectors/nwrfcsdk.html to C:\ProgramData\nwrfcsdk
Added PATH environment variable with C:\ProgramData\nwrfcsdk and C:\ProgramData\nwrfcsdk\lib
Installed Miniconda 64 bit Python 3.7 distribution for windows and created an environment
Installed Pre-built pyrfc wheels pyrfc-1.9.97-cp37-cp37m-win_amd64.whl, provided in the dist folder of github repository https://github.com/SAP/PyRFC
Installed and used Jupyterlab as Python IDE and tried to import pyrfc
“ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found “ occurred.
As per http://sap.github.io/PyRFC/install.html#sap-nw-rfc-library-installation it is because Python connector cannot locate C connector. And the Solution is adding C:\ProgramData\nwrfcsdk\lib to the PATH environment variable which we had already done in step 2.
Rechecked the PATH variable but the error still occurs.

Request experts advice on this.

A Query in after hire date in Business Rule

Hello Team,

I have a query as whether we can write a business rule for a scenario.

The existing Business rule is like to trigger alert notification to employee manage when ever a Hire/Rehire event is done.

Challenge with existing business Rule:

If edit option is done in hire event under the history of Job information, then also the alert new hire alert notification is getting triggered which should not happen as the business scenario and during the initial Hire or Rehire process only alert notification should get triggered to manager.

Kindly guide me in case if you have ideas? I have enclosed the existing business rule in which i have added an and condition under IF statement for ( to fix challenge with existing Business rule).

But no alert notifications are getting triggered to manager even fresh hiring is done.

Kindly guide in case of any ideas.

Hello all,

We are trying to pass inbound deliveries from our S4 system to our existing SAP GTS system using the standard program standard program “/SAPSLL/MM0B_DISTRIBUTE_R3. We are receiving the following error RFC Error ( Function module "/SAPSLL/API_6800_CIBD_SYNCH_MS"). But when looked into GTS there is no function module with that name. Instead there is a function module with a name as "/SAPSLL/API_6800_CIBD_SYNCH". So, we are just wondering if we have to implement an OSS notes/support packs on the GTS side to support S4.

please support and add your comments if any one come across the same situation . .

My customer has a requirement of creating a Service Order with start and end dates in the past. Essentially it is updating the system today with something that happened in the past. For example, I can create Sales Orders, Deliveries etc today in August with dates in June. Similarly customer needs to create a Service Order today with start and end dates in past.
