Extract Data from File fetched from UI

Hi All,

From UI I can able to fetch the file and store it into a folder but in next step I'm facing little issue to fetch file from folder.
Using From ASCII pass I can achieve it but I need to make it dynamic so that in next action task it takes the file from same place where it had store in first action task.
I tried storing the path in job variable in action task 1 but couldn't able to fetch this variable data in action task 2.

Please assist.

Hi All,

We have an issue with one user set up.

Dispute case was created and sent for approval, when approver goes to DRA Worklist he gets error 'Invalid RMS ID' and is unable to locate any dispute case assigned to him for approval.

We have no clue what is the reason here and IT is no help...

Hello everyone! I need to implement event 05 in a view created directly from SE11 (Go to SE11 -> Create View -> Maintenance View), this event should make an auto-increment of a field in my table using the NUMBER_GET_NEXT function. Once I get the next number from the function, I try to do ztable-incrementalfield = incremental but it doesn’t work. Does anyone know which field I should reference to the ztable-incrementalfield to take the value? Thank you very much!!

How to get SOA Manager Logical Port configuration Details in ABAP program

Hi colleagues,

Can anyone help me how to retrieve the authentication data like user name in logical port? In tcode SOAMANAGER > Service Administration > Web Service Configuration then Search by Consumer Proxy then Display. I would like to get the userID in ABAP program. Can someone help me know in what table were they stored?

From my side I have used ST05 to trace the webservice update process. But I couldn't find related data from the table which listed by ST05 like SRT_CFG_DIR, SRT_CFG_CLI_ASGN, SRT_RTC_CFGVAL, SRT_RTC_DATA, etc.....

Is the authentication data not stored in SAP table or it stored as some encrypt format? I only need to get the Logical Port authentication UserID to generate a report to list it for different configuration connection.

I wanted to find out how much memory is allocated by a certain ABAP instance. I made the total of

ps -edalf | grep <sid>adm | tr -s " " | cut -f10 -d" " and

ipcs -m | grep <sid>adm | tra -s " " | cut -f5 -d" "

but the result of this calculation is much below the real consumption. What is missing?

JMS driver based on jakarta.jms available for SAP Netweaver

We are using our SAP Netweaver Java System JSP as a JMS Broker System for all business critical communication.

The JMS Queues in JSP are used by SAP PO (on a seperate Netweaver System) as well as non-SAP-Systems.

Until now, we provided the libraries
sap.com~tc~exception~impl.jar
sap.com~tc~je~clientlib~impl.jar
sap.com~tc~logging~java~impl.jar
to the non-SAP-Systems to enable them to access the JMS Queues on SAP Netweaver.

We currently migrate the non-SAP-applications from JavaEE to JakartaEE, so we would need a JMS driver for SAP Netweaver that is based on jakarta.jms instead of javax.jms.

Is there a JMS driver based on jakarta.jms available for SAP Netweaver?

Hi!

I was wondering if anyone experienced this error before and could help out 🙂

I had freshly installed the SAP Netweaver Trial, and upon running SNCWIZARD transaction in SAP GUI I get this error:

DEFAULT profile in the DB and in the file system are different

Now, I tried to import profiles of all active servers (via transaction RZ10), but that didn't work. I tried to active DEFAULT profile via RZ10; that changed nothing. Finally, I tried to activate DEFAULT.pfl profile via RZ10; this enabled SNCWIZARD. However, in this case, regardless of whether I setup SNCWIZARD, when I restart the SAP system, I can no longer log in via SAP GUI.

Anybody have a clue what is going on here? Much appreciated!

I am using SAP GUI for Java in Ubuntu to connect to SAP Netweaver 7.52 Trial Edition, but I get this error: "sncgss.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or
directory". Where is this file, is it even included in the installation? How can I link it?

Hello wonderful people, I need some help.

We run a multi-client setup in SAP and are approaching our storage limit.
Checked DB02 and noticed that SXMSCLUR is take taking up a HEAP of disk space.

After going through various posts on this site as well as a few forums, I couldn't find a good answer for this -
I want to DELETE all messages in SXI_MONITOR, prior to 01.01.2022
Checked in the SXMB_ADMIN under archiving, but it does not allow me to select a specific date from which the messages could be deleted.

Am I missing something obvious?

Unable to generate CAF and no errors found

I am getting a repeated error when trying to Generate my CAF project: 'Generation failed'

How can I find out what is causing this? I see nothing in the Error Logs or Problems
