Extract/Download Test Scripts from Manage Your Test Processes App

We are looking for a way to easily build an offline UAT test plan, based on a subset of SIT scenarios. This is to save having to write out test scripts manually when they are in front of me in the system. For SIT we are using the automated testing functionality within S/4HC. I can download the test cases from the "Test Your Processes" App however this is only the high level scenarios, not the process steps.

The "Manage Your Test Processes" App does allow a download of the process steps but only in .XML format and not in any useable format for an Excel plan. We do not want to use the automated test tool

Hello experts,

We have created a placeholder for MAP=$0.01 for Materials which were not in use for a combination of Valuation Class and Valuation Area (Plant)

However that is coming to bite us as when the user picks a incorrect valuation class during goods movement; the documents are posted with very low amounts

Is there any way we can put a error or warning message when MAP =0,01 and recieving and issing stock =0?

I see from the Road Map Explorer (link below) that Google Workspace integration is planned for Q4. It is built on Business Technology Platform (also confirmed by this press release) but does anyone know:

Do you need to purchase/subscribe to BTP to use it?
Which versions of S/4HANA does it support? On Premise, Cloud (Public or Private) or both?

1. o arquivo “Transition_to_SAP_S4HANA - 23Q1_Final_External” baixado do roadmap viewer verifiquei que nos cenários “selective data transition” e “system convertion” não cita a opção cloud. Não se aplicam à opção cloud? Se não, qual seria o arquivo que se aplica à opção cloud?

2.Qual a aplicação do radmap "successFactor"?

Project Plan Template in XML for Focused Build

Hi, I was not able to find the project plan template in XML (or excell or mpp) for the RoadMap SAP Activate Methodology for Business Suite and On-Premise- Agile and Waterfall..it says that it doesn´t exist. Does anybody know why? I´m trying to create a template in Focused Build based on this templates and it would be a must needed help.

Hello,

Previous version of the best practice explorer allowed to translate the page into certain languages.

Regarding my actual customer a German version of the test scripts would be very useful. But I either have not found the way to change the language for the downloads or they are now only in English available.

Can anyone help me with that issue?

Guided sourcing

It has been recommended to go for Guided Sourcing instead of Standard Sourcing as all the innovations are being done in Guided Sourcing and Standard Sourcing will be obsolete in near future, therefore, our organization has opted for Guided Sourcing based on the recommendation. But, based on our previous experience, some issues were found in guided sourcing when it is integrated with external system (SAP S/4 HANA) and the patches were being built as per the SAP technical team.

Can you please confirm if the Guided Sourcing is now good to go for integrated processes implementation and all integration related components are built, up and running.

The "Hybrid Development with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public)"of Roadmap Viewer is not allowed accessing.

SAP Activate Methodology Accelerators - Error

Good morning everyone,

We are accessing the public documentation on the SAP Activate Methodology within the Roadmap and reviewing the Excel document titled "Project-Plan_EN_24Q1-Activity and Task-Level.xlsx" where we are having issues with 2 documents in particular.

1) ID S4H.0376 – Data Migration Issues and Risks Template: The source URL has an associated document other than the one in the "S4H_127" title that is not a data migration document is OCM.

2) ID S4H.0378 – Data Migration Quality Tracking: Same error as case 1, associated source is not correct.

Does anyone know the correct source for these two documents?.

Is there another public SAP Activate database that we can consult?.

Hi all,

My client is using the attachments in the manage supplier invoices app in 2 SL and would like to know how to access that repository.

I believe documents are stored in SAP DMS or via ArchiveLink but i do not have much information on these. I have been told to use SAP_COM_0109 communication arrangements or connect via BTP-based content services for integration or backend access, unfortunately again i do not have much knowledge on that as well.

Any guidance on how to access that repository and a step by step guide will be greatly appreciated.

Cloud foundary datacenter in uae

Hello everyone,

Could someone clarify whether Cloud Foundry data centers (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) are available in the UAE region, and whether SAP BTP is hosted on them.
One of our customers is currently using a Neo tenant for SAC. Is it possible to migrate this to Cloud Foundry? If so, would there be any changes to the licensing model or associated costs?

Any ideas why that is?
