The forwarded email is sent with the ticket id (this can not be deleted from the subject) so when the email comes back to the system, team B doesn't get the message. This is just visible under the original ticket (which team B cannot access) - a new ticket is not created for team B.</P><P>I thought about Team&nbsp; A creating a new ticket for team B as following activity. I'm pretty sure, my colleagues wont't like the idea of doing some extra work .. I mean in Outlook, you just forward the email and there is nothing else to do.</P><P>Anyone having the same problem?
