IAS with Azure AD UUID problem

Hi,

I configured Azure AD to work with IAS to provide SSO to our users in SAP BTP Cloud Foundry.

I followed guide below:

It is working fine, I mean I am able to autenticate to Cloud Foundry Applications using SSO, but I have one issue, I need the IAS UUID to be propagate in the SAML because my application, which is SAP Task Center, needs it.

When I check the data that is in SAML I can see that:

I understand that it is right because I configured Azure AD as IdP and IAS as Federation Proxy, so it looks ok that it is not using the data from my Identity Directory in IAS.

But I need the UUID from IAS to be in externalID attribute, I do not know how to make that happen.

In another words I want the SAML issued by Azure AD to be complemented with information from IAS before send it to my SAP BTP Application.

And indeed there is a configuration in IAS in Corporate Identity Providers / Identity Federation where I can tell that I want to "Use Identity Authentication user store", I flag it but nothing happened.

Does anyone have any ideal please?

i am trying to take a draft document and make it live for example a draft goods issue and i want to make it into a live goods issue and post using codeless bpa but there doesnt seem to be any obvious way to do this? Will i have to fully create the goods issue from the ground up manually in codeless using the ordf tables for the data?

I have a requirement on creating an integrated inbox which can handle approvals from multiple systems using SAP Task Center. Initially, I want to integrate SAP Task center and SAP Ariba (Buying and Sourcing) for approvals. Can anyone help me with the pre-requisites and step by step configuration for the same?

Hello Team,

This is related to SAP Task Center.

If we enable Task Center or any other SAP Fiori apps in Applications menu within SAP Build Work Zone, advance edition how will these apps be accessed in SAP Work Zone Mobile app, is this feasible? If this is not feasible, can it connect to SAP Mobile Start ?

If the above both are not feasible, customer having advance edition how they will be accessing any apps in Mobile devices as Work Zone mobile app is not designed for this.

Please clarify.

Note: I understand that Work Zone, standard edition has default SAP Mobile Start.

How to remove document mistake from mb1a mvt type 202?

Hi! I'm still new to using SAP. I used MB1A mvt type 202 to reverse a qty that was within the negatives. However, I did not realize the units I inputted were incorrect. I inserted kilos instead of grams. By the time I noticed I accidentally hit entered and tried to cancel it. However, it still went through.

Is there a way to remove this mistake? I was able to see it on LB11 and MB52, but I don't think I am able to make changes or remove from those t codes. Please help.

Bank master Data and default cost center change in transactions

I want to change profit center for bank gl account in NWBC (house bank) & had set the gl account for default profit center in FAGL3KEH, but when i did the transaction using the bank gl account, the profit center is different with house bank account data. did i miss any step? How can i check the transactions.

i follwed the below sap blog to configure task center for onpremis s4hana

tasks retrived successfully from backend s4hana to task center also displayed fine (UUID synced in both system )

but when i try to approve or reject it display error " Response Code: 401 Message: Unauthorized Error Message: XSRF token HEAD failed with code 401 for Url http://vhspeds4ci.hec.nesr.com:44300/sap/opu/odata4/sap/api_task_spi_details/default/sap/api_task_spi_details/0001/?sap-client=110 URL: http://vhspeds4ci.hec.nesr.com:44300/sap/opu/odata4/sap/api_task_spi_details/default/sap/api_task_spi_details/0001/ Try to perform the action again. If the error persists, contact System Administrator. "

for over 1 month i try to troublshouting the issue from sap blog or by sap incident with no solution till now .

i have followed the below blog for all configuartion :

all configartion done and tasks dislpayed fine on sap start mobile app and task center web ,

but no attachment available however when i open myinbox fiori app all attachment displayed fine

when i trace the web page during display attachment it show me the below error messege :

Sap task center S4hana Tasks PO Items not showing

Dears ,

I have configured Sap Task Center with S4hana onpremis successfully and all tasks retrived on task center web app , but i have an issue related to sap mobile start app when Display the PO Approval Tasks it only display one or two items from the list of items added in thePO as shown on the attached ,

i tried search task center Blogs and mobile start Articles to check the issue with no luck to find a solution , Any Help i will appreciate .

Misuse of S4 Hana Tasklists for technical punching

Just an exchange of ideas here.

Our IM department there opinion is that every process should be covered in SAP.

So how realistic is it to integrate a complete technical punch process including technical completion, commissioning, startup and hold points (verification) into S4 Hana through task lists. In my view this is abusing SAP as it should be used.

Refresh issue in the Task UI Inbox

Hello,

We face an issue with the tasks UI inbox where the init method is defined. When the task first gets loaded in the inbox, we see additional tabs that are meant to be shown on a certain condition. Obviously, the condition is not loaded or checked at the beginning of the loading of the screen.

Only, when we do "Empty cache and hard refresh", the actual screen with limited tabs get loaded.

This happens every time a new task is loaded in the "My Inbox" app. We suspect some cache data is stored before we manually empty the cache and refresh the data. Is there a specific function/method that we can include in the init function so that cache is cleared everytime we try to load the task UI?

Hi,

We are setting up Task center with Workzone standard edition for a POC. We've executed the dedicated booster, set up the destination for the S4HANA, private cloud backend, and enabled it for Task center.

However, we are getting the following error in the Task center admin. Also there's an error in the service status tab: Error is: Path not found in JSON: /certificates | Error Code 500.

Server returned HTTP response code: 401 for URL: http://xxxxxxx:43300/sap/opu/odata4/sap/api_task_spi_replication/default/sap/api_task_spi_replication/0001/taskDefinitions?$skip=0&$top=1000&languages=en-US%2Cde-DE&sap-client=110

Why does it say unauthorized? The backend user configured in the runtime destination has SAP_ALL, SAP_NEW and the destination is up and reachable. I've also verified that the OData service is active and can be queried outside Workzone with the same user as in the destination.

What could be the issue?
