Set up utility consumption calculation and source split / Production order

Hello Experts,

I have a client ESG scenario where amount of water consumption and electricity consumption in the production should be calculated and allocated per produced item.

UoMs are: consumption in KwH / L per produced EA and per produced Meter. Reporting is run in SAC, however it would be beneficial if the BOM vs. actual consumption could be viewed at the transaction level.

Regarding the electricity consumption, client also wants to report the shares of energy sources for electricity, (e.g. 50% nuclear, 20% hydroelectric, 30% wind).

Client receives Location level Utility bills quarterly that state the overall cost in Euros and eur/kWH, eur/liter. Purchasing does not create separate purchase orders for electricity or water.

What would you suggest as best practice for setting up this scenario? Especially in regard to setting up the utility items with source split for electricity and the actual consumption monitoring at the transaction level?

Is there benefit in maintaining MM Contracts for pipeline utilities in this scenario?

Financial figures with Control Tower/ Group reporting

Hi everybody,

i have a question concering the possibility to track financial figures in the SAP Sustainability Control Tower. Is it possible to maintain these numbers manually in the enviorment of the control tower? From my point of view, you can track non-financial datas with the SCT, but not financial figures? Is it possible to connect the SCT with SAP Group Reporting, so you can bring in the "financial-esg- data" on group level?

PFM data to the S4HANA

We are using the PFM application on our BTP. We would like to load the calculated data from PFM into the S4HANA system. It seems it is not possible yet. Can you confirm this thesis? If it not possible yet, do you know when the feature will be released. And is there any other workarounds?

How to access Model Table in CPE environment of SCT

I created a custom environment in CPE and used python function of PaPM to call Clustering Algorithm. I am able to store the results in the Model Table. But I am not able to use this model table as a source for custom metrics in SCT catalog.

1. Does SCT currently support these custom models/objects from CPE as a source for custom metrics in SCT?

2. Is there any way that I can access CPE objects in SAC or access backend "Y tables" to connect with SAC for dashboarding?

Getting 'Error Code 403' while trying to configure master data in SAP sustainability control tower

Integration of ISNET world ( ISN contractor and supplier information management) with SAP

Dear All,

Is there any standard integration (API) of SAP available for ISNET world ( ISN contractor and supplier information management) ?

I have checked the API business hub / Business Accelerator Hub and there are no existing APIs for integration.

Do anyone know whether there is a future plan in roadmap from SAP to address this or is there any existing integration done by consultant so far ?

Datasphere integration for SAP Sustainability Control Tower

Hi,

When going through the roadmap and the SAP Documentation for the SAP Sustainability Control Tower, I saw that Datasphere would become a valid integration option for delivering SAP SCT data. Does anyone know whether this integration solution is already live for tenants or whether it will be included in the Q3 Release as described in the roadmap?

Fail to update CPE Packages SAP Sustainability Control Tower

Hi,

I just accessed our newly created SAP SCT Tenant. It seems like the automatic update of CPE Packages keeps on failing. When loading the update package manually, I can find the following error message in the monitor...

Activation of Function=MTCOK failed

All other Function activations worked properly.

SAP PaPM Content on SAP SCT

Hello,

SAP PaPM content packages for ESRS and Climate pricing are available for download on the help page. This content comes with pre build data and models as well. We were able to download this content and import to SCT. I had a few queries as below.

1. What would be the implications of having the climate content from PaPM in SCT? Would there be any issues with the backend models or KPIs?

2. If not, then why not have PaPM content in SCT itself

I am still very unclear how the packages worked in SCT. Please do advise. I can add further information if I have been unclear.

Hello!! SAP SCT has an ODatav4 type inbound api that allows data to be loaded using post methods. How can I use it from SAP DSP? I have tried to create an OData v4 connection but it gives me the error code 405 method not allowed.

SFM - Transport Footprint

Hi, as announced on the What´s new for SFM the Transport footprint calculation should be visible on the Manage Footprint Results app. It is not available on my system demo. Also when creating the inventory scope it should be available the transport value chain step to select but it is not yet.

Do we have to change something ?

I have seen that it is the same as the SAP PaPM graphical modeler but I can't find information on how it works.

I have by mistake persisted company codes in a wrong format and now I have 2 sets of company codes in the system. I would like to delete the ones with format SE01 - and keep the ones with format SE001.

Is this possible? How can correct the data?
