Trading partner in cancellation, WO and payment document in FICA

Hi Experts,

One of my client wants the trading partner should be displayed in cancellation, WO and payments docs in FICA.

The necessary config for the receivables have been done in EK02 and documents are posted fine with correct trading partner but not for the above cases. Has someone come across a situation like this.

Batch Management and system performance in SAP

Hi SAP gurus and expert,

It is understood that most of the SAP Telco customer are using Batch Management to manage their inventory for their physical Sim Card and Voucher serial number, and most of it are customized solution in SAP.

Due to my company is going to that direction, would like seek for your assistant to feed some real live information about the system performance before batch management implemented and after batch management implemented. Transactions that we are looking for are Goods Receipt (mvt type 101), Goods Issue (mvt type 601) and Goods Transfer with movement type 301 and 302.

Currently our company is managing the inventory for physical sim card and voucher serial number individually, due to the increasing of volume, we are hitting system performance issue and we are proposing to go for batch management. However users request for real life proof that Batch Management of the serial number will improve the system performance issue, before they considering to go for the Batch Management Solution.

filtering on variable - webi report

I created a variable on webi report called Rnc_Degraded:(also file attached)

after running the report the variable gets values of number when there is a degradation

or 0 when there is no degradation.

I tried to do filtering of Rnc Degarded >0 on the variable but it changes the table's values.

I attached files of before and after filtering

how can I do a the filtering without changing the table's values?

We are implementing FICA for our customer. I need to know if there are any reports to view the DSO of Business Partner in standard.

We have tried to view FPL9 and FPO4, but would like to get a better report for our customer. Could you please provide your suggestion here?

We are using FICA with application T. I have come across some thousands of FICA items with clearing restriction 8 got cleared in FPMA, which include future installments also. While items are still have restriction 8. I am confused how it was happened could not find the answer.

Can any body tell me how it was possible?

Hi Experts,

Our customer needs a SE38 report which is can run extension process for contracts. I got some ways but, i can not finalize report.

The report's goal is after extension process, update PRVO's prices right before creating PRVC. In the report we use 'CRM_ISX_BTX_API_CONT_CHANGE' fm to create PRVO and PRVC. But I need to maintain PRVO before create PRVC. Is there any way achive to this requirement.

Hello everyone,

I've to do some benchmark between Spartacus and AEM , advatanges and disavantages , pros and cons . Could you share some material ? My company already use SAP Commerce Cloud and we've the last SAP Commerce Cloud as well but we use here AEM as front end communicating with Hybris Backoffice . The idea here is to use the full capabilties of SAP Commerce but I need some support to defend this idea . I know that there are several articles comparing the both solutions but maybe there is some best benchmark overview (pros and cons) unifying it better .

We are working on the 2105 version of Sap Commerce TELCO, we have a requirement to manage prices by region and we note that in the prices part there is already a field to assign the region to the price. We have no idea what additional configuration we need. Do we have to assign the region to the user? how does this part really work?

What is the correct configuration that should be done to handle the prices by region?

How to Integrate C4C with Mitel EasyPop?

Hi All,

Mitel is one of the telephony systems that will be used for call centers.

I have attached the screenshot of Mitel easy pop application which will be used to receive a call from a customer.

Expectation

This application will automatically open the browser with the provided URL when a call is received.

Now in our case, when a call arrives we want to launch the C4C Live Activity Centre by providing the URL with the Calling Number as a parameter.

If the number already exists in our system, the account's details need to be displayed.

If anyone worked on this Mitel integration with C4C, please a needful here.

We are migrating to the the Hybris version 2105. We are trying to build a structure on the Telcoaccelerator extension in which the customer adds a product and another product offering's price drops to 0$ when they are in the cart together.

Can we implement such a structure OOTB using only the TmaBundledProductOffering, TmaCompositeProdOfferPrice and PriceRow models?

when we are sending emails from outlook office 365 to sap solman ,we are not receiving in the SOIN t code.

to receive emails into sap , what configuration we have to do in the outlook office 365side?

our sap solman is hosted on AWS private cloud and outlook office 365 is also on cloud.
