Too many failed attempts on training (practice) system. Account locked - what can I do?

I need to train the basics of SAP, do primary transactions and normal stuff.

Can anyone help me, to find a SAP version that runs on a laptop. I heard about mini SAP, but I don't know where to find it, and also if it has trial period or a student license.

Completed a training but shows up overdue and incomplete

Hello!

I was wondering if anyone could shed light on this situation. A user completed a training and had a certificate to prove it, however the said training shows up overdue.

With admin permissions, upon checking in the Assigned Items, the training shows that it has not been completed.

Does anyone know why?

Hi SAP Q&A,

I'm looking for information & and training material for our big company of 40000 users where every job role needs different training/information how to execute certain tasks within the SAP Programs.

More specifically i'm looking for 2 things which i can't seem to find in this fasion:

1. A knowledge base containing WI's/How to's on transaction codes within SAP HANA ECC and EWM per catagory. Preferably devided / filtereably by catagories such as Logistics, Quality, Finance, Production, Masterdata Manamgement, Service Flows etc.

2. A training database in a similar fasion as the above knowledge base with mini work instructions per catagory and transaction code / sub program part - (how to fill in what / where and what are the effects to the linked data in the overarching processes? )

How long does it take to confirm a payment for certification?

I made a payment via credit card on September 27, 2024, with six attempts, and the amounts were deducted from my account. However, I did not receive any acknowledgment or order number, and the attempts are not reflected in SAP.

I have already created a ticket regarding this issue but have not received a response. What should I do now?

Hello Team,

I've prepared for a couple of SAP certifications and wanted to purchase CER006 subscription for 6 SAP certification attempts. Unfortunately, on training.sap.com , I get to page for CER006 but I'm unable to find the book/purchase option. CER006 - SAP Certification Exam, Six Attempts | SAP Training

I've tried multiple browsers, cleared cache etc. Just to test my ID, I tried booking a random course and there I do get option to book but just not for CER006(or CER001)

Has anyone faced similar issues. Ant help on how to go about this would be highly appreciated.

Hi, is there currently a problem with exercise access? I doing the learning for C_S4CFI and currently under AR. The exercises did work last week but now I can not get access. It does not state anything, it opens new sheet but nothing happens. I have tried with Chrome and Edge.

Recently I tried to schedule exam for SAP Certification C_TS452_2410 from learning.sap.com, I found that to schedule exam you need to subscribe SAP learning hub which cost around USD1392.

Is there any way to schedule exam without learning hub subscription ?

I was preparing a training session on the Controlling Reports: Aging Reports using the training Manual when I come across to calculation errors of the Balance Due, Aging Intervals and the Percentages on the training Manual TB-1100 (page 225 or 235 on slide).

I request the update of this to ensure consistency and correctness of the training data.

Below the screen with the errors and attached is the correct information.

Urgent: Issues with SAP Certification Renewal and Learning Hub Subscription

Hello SAP Community,

I am reaching out to share my recent experience and seek guidance regarding the renewal of my SAP certification and the purchase of an individual Learning Hub subscription.

I have been an SAP consultant for 13 years, working both as a partner and now as a customer. Recently, I received a notification to extend the validity of my SAP certification. Upon realizing that I needed to purchase a Learning Hub subscription, I informed my manager, who encouraged me to keep my certification valid. Consequently, I purchased an individual Learning Hub subscription on Thursday (Order ID: 0002281064).

To my surprise, I did not receive any confirmation or access to the Learning Hub even after 24 hours. I raised multiple support tickets but struggled to get a proper response. On Sunday, I finally received a response from an SAP store admin, who mistakenly treated my request as a partner request. After clarifying that it was an individual request, they informed me that they couldn't fulfill the order and suggested purchasing certification attempts instead.

I am utterly surprised and annoyed by this response and the lack of maturity from SAP Learning support. Here are my concerns:

What are the guidelines for maintaining SAP certification validity, especially when changing companies? Do certifications lapse with a change in organization?
Where can I find relevant support and guidance for individual certification renewal and Learning Hub subscriptions?
Why is there no proper channel or guidance to address these issues?

I believe it is crucial for people to be aware of these challenges. I am on the verge of losing my certification due to the lack of proper guidance from SAP. I hope this post brings attention to the issue and helps others who might be facing similar challenges.

Dear SAP professionals,

I'm a Data Analyst and aspiring Data Scientist working in a financial team within the banking industry.

SAP universe is pretty new to me, and I'd like to understand the basics for my next job. What learning journey would you recommend? I was considering following this 12-course curriculum:

Intro

S/4HANA

BW/4HANA

SAC & BO

From what I learned so far, BW/4HANA seems to be the data architecture behind S/4HANA (Fiori being the GUI), which is the business layer, then SAC is the global analytics solution for all SAP products (replacing the traditional BO).

Please let me know if that sounds coherent, according to your know-how (maybe I don't need to learn S/4HANA, or need to learn more about SAC...). Any feedback is welcome!

Learning Hub Partner Edition - Four attempts for certification

Hi colleagues!

Not so long ago we bought a SAP Learning Hub Subscription - Partner Edition so one of our consultants can take the assessment and comply with the Stay Certified program.

We're seeing that after he activated the subscription 4 attempts were made available. Today we bought one more license for another consultant and was activated successfully. My question is:

Are the 4 attempts per user or global for all user licenses that we acquire?

For example:
2 Users = 4 attempts per user = 8 attempts in total.

2 Users or more = 4 attempts in total.

In my understanding the attempts should be per user and not limited to 4 globally. Am I correct about this?

Haven’t received digital badge (UID already set up)

Yesterday I had successfully passed the certification for SAP Certified Associate- SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Private Edition,Management Accounting and yet haven’t received the email from the digital badge and it also hasn’t appeared on my certification list.

I had setup my universal ID and previously passed another exam with different topic and the digital badge was immediately sent to my email

And I already raise the ticket about this issue with the reference number 5000164860 and no response yet

SAP ABAP RAP - Missing value on UI after data created

Dear All,

I encounter an issue where my RAP Application does not return value on UI after created.

The scenario I follow is using /DMO/travel and /DMO/booking (One Travel can have multiple booking)

For example i choose travel number 4136, then i want to create another item booking. I fill the data here then i click save.

After click save, UI not return the data i have just filled, only the price value show up:

I am using unmanaged RAP, not sure what is wrong. I do check at Method cba_booking here, this should do the job to return the value to UI.

SAP BTP Trial Account Published Services Not Working

Hi All,

I have published few services in SAP BTP Trial Account, and these services are not working at all but old services are working fine.

For V2 service the preview is total blank
For V4 it is popping up "Could not open App. Please try again later."
For Service URL it is giving error "The request has been blocked by UCON.

Please find the attached screenshot for reference. Has anyone experienced this issue.
