    "notes": "The Southeast Alaska (SEAK) troll fishery targets Chinook and coho salmon using hook-and-line gear (trolling). SEAK troll Chinook are caught during a winter troll season (October-April) and a summer season (July-September). The Pacific Salmon Treaty (US-Canada) allocates Chinook harvest between SEAK troll and Canadian fisheries. SEAK troll Chinook is the highest-value-per-fish commercial salmon fishery in Alaska — a troll-caught Chinook can be delivered fresh/iced to premium markets for $8-12/lb ex-vessel vs $3-5/lb for net-caught."
