# Privacy Policy *Last updated: 16 September 2026* Constellation Skills is developed by Alex Humphreys (Berlin, Germany). For privacy questions, contact hello@alexhumphreys.me. ## What we collect Nothing. Constellation Skills does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to servers we operate, and we do not use analytics, advertising identifiers, or third-party tracking SDKs. There are no accounts and no sign-in. ## Where your data lives - **On your device.** All canvas content — skills, attachments, notes, and layouts — is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad. - **In your iCloud account, if you enable it.** Sync uses Apple's CloudKit service to store data in your private iCloud container. We have no access to it. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles iCloud data. The app works fully with iCloud switched off, in which case your data stays on the device. ## Device permissions The app asks for access to your photo library, so you can attach photos and videos to a skill. It reads only the items you pick, stores them in the app's own storage, and never sends them to us or to anyone else. You can change this in iOS Settings at any time. That is the only permission the app requests. ## Links you save Links you save to a skill are stored alongside your other data. Opening one leaves the app and hands you to that website, which has its own privacy policy and is not covered by this one. ## Diagnostics The app keeps a diagnostic log to help it recover from errors. It is written to your device, is never uploaded, and is removed when you delete the app. ## Your rights Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You can remove all locally stored app data by deleting the app, and manage iCloud storage via Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage. ## Changes If this policy changes materially, the updated version will appear at this URL with a new "Last updated" date. If a future version of the app ever collects personal data, or requests a permission not listed above, this policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated before that change takes effect.
