# How to Use

## Setup the different pieces

The MCP server calls the Shahnameh API behind the scenes, so you need to keep that running first.

## How to Test the Tools

Create and activate the virtual environment. For example, on macOS:

```
uv venv  # Create the virtual environment
```

```
source .venv/bin/activate  # Activate the virtual environment
```

Then run the inspector:

```
npx @modelcontextprotocol/inspector python3 main.py
```
