1. Information We Collect
We process data strictly required to run your 75 Hard Elite training challenges:

Authentication Data: Email address and technical UID generated during registration or Google Sign-In.

Habits & Checklists: Local records of workouts, daily readings, water intake, progress pictures, and diet adherence stored securely in your private SQLite Android database via Room.

Gemini Coach Chats: Optional interaction logs with the Gemini AI Fitness Companion.

2. Google Limited Use Clause
75 Hard Elite's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Google Authentication user data is used solely to sign you into your personal fitness profile. Under no circumstances is this data ever transferred, shared, or sold to third-party ad networks or brokers.

3. Firewalls & Data Storage
Offline Cache: The master copy of your training state is kept in an offline SQLite container on your device.

Cloud Sync: If you configure your private Firebase credentials, your authentication status and challenge statistics synchronize directly with your personalized Cloud Firebase Console. It never accesses any third-party centralized servers managed by us.

4. Data Deletion Rights
You possess full sovereignty over your physical and digital data. At any point, you can:

Erase all database entries completely by wiping local cache inside your device system settings.

Sign out of the premium synchronization engine via the profile screen, instantly terminating remote credential listeners.
