Run `crossmacro doctor --json --verbose` in the affected desktop session before
changing Linux permissions, opening a bug report, or diagnosing MCP tools. A DMG
install on macOS normally uses:

/Applications/CrossMacro.app/Contents/MacOS/CrossMacro.UI doctor --json --verbose
