# Privacy

Homearchy communicates directly between this computer and the configured Home Assistant instance. It has no analytics, advertising, cloud relay, crash upload, or telemetry. It stores the Home Assistant origin, display preferences, discovered non-secret room layout, and sanitized current state locally. The access token is stored separately in the system keyring.

Remove local credentials with `bin/homearchy clear-token`. Remove the plugin through Omarchy, then delete `~/.config/homearchy` and `~/.local/state/homearchy` if you also want to erase preferences and cache.
