 वाणेश पूजा, श्री गणेश के समान आप सब के चेहरों पर भी अत्यन्त सुन्दर चमक है। आपके छोटे, बड़े या वृद्ध होने से कोई फर्क नही पड़ता। श्री गणेश कि शक्ति हमारे अन्दर प्रवाहित होने से ही हमें सौंदर्य प्राप्त होता है। श्री गणेश, जो सभी देवताओं की शक्ति के ख्त्रोत हैं, जब हमसे प्रसन्न होते हैं तो अन्य सभी देवता भी प्रसन्न हो जाते हैं। उप कुलपति की भौति वे हर चक्र पर विराजमान रहते हैं। उनकी इच्छा के बिना कुण्डलिनी का उत्थान नहीं हो सकता क्योंकि कुण्डलिनी श्री गणेश जी की आदि-कुमारी-गौरी माँ हैं। श्री गणेश शाश्वत शिशु हैं। अहं तथा बन्धनों से वे परे हैं। हमें भी अपनी माँ के शाश्वत शिशु बनना है। इस अवस्था को प्राप्त करने के लिए हमें अपनी कुण्डलिनी को उठाना है और सहस्त्रार ें स्थिर करके अपने चित्त को अधिकाधिक महिलाओं को डा डायन" तथा पुरुषों को राक्षस कह कर बुलाते थे। तब मुझे एहसास हुआ कि उनके अन्दर गणेश तत्त्व पूर्णत: जागृत हो गया है। सभी पशुओं का, विशेषतः पक्षियों का, गणेश तत्त्वपूर्णतः अखण्ड होता है। पक्षी साइबेरिया से आस्ट्रेलिया तक की दूरी उड़ कर पार कर सकते हैं। दिशा ज्ञान श्री गणेश की देन है। श्री गणेश ही उनके अन्दर का चुम्बक हैं। हमारे अन्तः स्थित यह चुम्बक अबोध तथा निष्कपट व्यक्तियों को हमारी ओर आकर्षित करता है तथा राक्षस प्रवृत्ति के लोगों को हमसे दूर भगाता है। इस चुम्बक मे यह दोनों गुण निहित हैं यह कपटी लोगों को दूर भगाकर निष्कपट मनुष्यों को हमारी ओर आकर्षित करता है। यही कारण है कि अपने भरसक प्रयत्न के बावजूद हम कुछ लोगों को सहन नही कर सकते। श्री गणेश ही इसका कारण समय वहाँ रखकर, बिना किसी प्रतिक्रिया हैं। के, ध्यानमग्न रहना है। पश्चिम में लोगों ने श्री गणेश तत्त्व को विकृत करने जैसा बहुत कुछ कीया। टी.बी. तथा यंत्र-तंत्रों में भी ऐसा ही दिखाया गया। छोटे-छोटे प्रतिक्रिया विहीनता का अभिप्राय केवल देखना मात्र है। बिना इसके विषय में सोचे जब आप देखते हैं तो सत्य, जो कि वास्तव में काव्य हैं, प्रकट होता है। बच्चे गणेश तत्त्व की समस्याओं से यही कारण है कि एक कवि किसी साधारण व्यक्ति से अधिक देख पाता है। अन्तर्निहित पीड़ित है। दूषित वातावरण के कारण वे इन समस्याओं के शिकार हैं। सहजयोग में भी कुछ लोग पाखंडियों सौन्दर्य आप के अवलोकन में भर जाता है और आप भी इसे देखने लगते हैं । आपने बच्चे तो देखे हैं। वे जिस भी जाति या देश से संबंधित हों प्रायः अति सुन्दर होते है। जापान में एक बार मैं एक मंदिर में गई। कुछ पश्चिमी महिलाओं ने ऐसेलोगों का पक्ष लेने वाले व्यक्ति भी हैं। इस प्रकार की सहानुभूति, यह कह कर कि "जापानी बच्चे आपको डायन कहेंगे," मुझे वहाँ पाने वाले और देने बाले दोनो के लिए हानिकारक है क्योंकि पाने जाने से रोका। मैं जब वहाँ गई तो सभी बच्चे दौड़कर मुझसे चिपट वाला अपनी समस्या से छुटकारा नही पा सकता तथा सहानुभूति गये, वे मुझे वहाँ से जाने ही नही दे रहे थे तथा मेरी साड़ी तथा हाथों देने वाला व्यक्ति भी उन्हीं समस्याओं में फँस जाता है। धरती माँ पर को चूम रहे थे। मुझे आश्चर्य कि जो बच्चे मेरे तथा मेरी बैठ कर श्री गणेश अथर्वशीर्ष पढ़ो तथा श्री गणेश का ध्यान पुत्रियों के प्रति इतने मधुर थे वे उन महिलाओं को डायन कैसे कह करो, आपकी समस्याओं का अंत स्वतः ही हो जाएगा ऐसी सके। उन बच्चों की माताएँ भी हैरान थीं क्योंकि प्रायः वे विदेशी समस्याओं से सहानुभूति का अर्थ है कि आप भी उन समस्याओं के की तरह अड़ जाते है तथा उनका गणेश तत्त्व विकृत हो जाता है; परन्तु हुआ 2.  हिस्सेदार बन रहे हैं। किसी भी अनुचित वस्तु का साथ मत दो। अपने हृदय में श्री गणेश से दया, करूणा तथा क्षमा की मूलाधार की समस्या से ग्रस्त सभी व्यक्ति जान ले कि ये याचना करते हुए उनसे अपने अन्तर में प्रकट होने की प्रार्थना करते समस्याएँ नर्क में जाने का पक्का साधन हैं, क्योंकि मूलाधार की हुए विशेषतः उनकी पूजा कीजिए। अपने पूर्व पाखंडों, बन्धनों, समस्या के कारण ऐसे रोग उत्पन्न हो जाते हैं जिन्हे चिकित्सक दुश्विचारों तथा दोषपूर्ण जीवन को वायू विलीन हो जाने दें तथा असाध्य रोग कहते हैं। मल्टीपल स्क्लेरॉसिस, मास पेशियों की अपनी अबोधिता की कोमल तथा सुन्दर चाँदनी को प्रकट कर अपने विकलांगता, आदी। एड्स मूलाधार की समस्या के सिवाएकुछ भी अन्तर से प्रवाहित होने दे । हम इन गुणों को उद्घाटित करें। श्री गणेश शिशु होते हुए भी विवेक के दाता हैं। अतः हम आप अपना बलिदान करना चाहे तो हम ऐसे मूर्खों के लिये क्या कर कहसकते हैं कि विवेक मार्ग पर चलाएँ जाने पर बच्चे ही विवेक के सकते हैं। बुद्धिहीनता भी मूलाधार की विकृति के कारण होती है, दाता हैं। कितने विवेक से वे बातचीत करते हैं। उनमें से कुछ तो क्योंकि गणेशजी ही सुबुद्धि के दाता हैं। लोग विभिन्न प्रकार की मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास में लेकर आप लोगों की गतिविधियों के बारें में अविश्वसनीय मूर्खताएँ करते हैं; जैसे हाल ही में भारत से बड़े बताते हैं। श्री गणेश ने आपकी रचना की, उन्हीं की कृपा से आप नहीं है। फिर भी स्वयं को मृत्योन्मुख एड्स के सिपाही बन कर यदि आकार की चूड़ियाँलाने को कहा तो मुझे बताया गया कि आजकल बड़ी चूड़ियाँ उपलब्ध नही हैं। बड़ी चूड़ियाँ अमेरिका चली जाती हैं, क्योंकि वहाँ के पुरूषों ने चूड़ियाँ पहनने का निर्णय किया है। उत्पन्न हुए और माँ के गर्भ में उन्होनें ही आपकी रक्षा की। आपका पोषण तथा मस्तिष्क-विकास भी उन्होंनें ही किया है। एक सरल ग्रामीण व्यक्ति अत्यन्त व्यवहारिक तथा विवेकशील होता है। बहुत से लोगों में यह भावना है कि हम अपनी अबोधिता खो चुके हैं। अबोधिता एक आंतरिक गुण है, जिसे हम कभी नही खोते। जिस मूलाधार ठीक न होने के कारण यह सब मूर्खताएँ होती हैं। गहन रूप में यदि आप देखें तो श्री गणेश आदिशक्ति माँ के बच्चे हैं। आदिशक्ति माँ ओंकार से इनकी रचना करती हैं। "ओंकार" ही "शब्द" है। यह प्रथम शब्द है जब सदाशिव और आदिशक्ति सृष्टि की रचना प्रकार बादल पूरे आकाश को आच्छादित कर लेते हैं उसी प्रकार आपके अहम्, निष्कपट बनने का प्रयत्न बन्धनों और त्रुटियों के बावजूद भी अबोधिता सदैव विद्यमान रहती है। कीजिये । चातुर्य आपके लिये हेतु अलग हुए। उस ध्वनी को ओंकार रूप में प्रयोग किया गया, औंकार अर्थात आपको केवल इसका सम्मान करना होता है , तथा इसके प्रति सम्मान प्रदर्शित करते ह हुए आचरण करना होता है। अबोधिता केगुण को लज्जाजनकन मानें। अबोधिता स्वयं ही विवेक प्रदान करने वाली एक शक्ति है, जिसके द्वारा सुगमता से आप आवश्यक नहीं है। चातुर्य आपका मानसिक दृष्टिकोण है। तथा अबोधिता प्रकाशपूर्ण चैतन्य लहरियाँ। उनके दाहिने भाग में सभी तत्त्वों के अणु हैं और बायें आपका अन्तःजात गुण है जो किसर्वत्र व्याप्त शक्ति से सम्बद्ध है। भाग में मनोभाव। इसके मध्य में आपके उत्थान की शक्ति निहित है। वे विनोदशील हैं। शिशु कभी अत्याचारी नही होते। श्री गणेश भी अत्याचारी नहीं है। परन्तु यदि माँ के विरूद्ध कोई कार्य किया जाए तो वे भड़क कर अपराधी को दण्ड देते हैं और इस तरह दैवी अपनी समस्याएँ सुलझा सकते हैं। देवी शक्ति से परिपूर्ण देश आस्ट्रिया में आज हम लोग हैं। कट्टरपन के आभाव के कारण यह देश अत्यंत अद्भुत है। अपनी सामान्य आँखों से ही देवी कृपा की बर्षा हम देख सकते हैं। वर्षा की से न्याय मानव तक पहुँचता है। यदि हम श्री गणेश के प्रति समर्पण कर दें तो वे हमारी रक्षा स्थिति न होते हुए भी आज देवी कृपा हम देख सके। करते हैं, तथा विवेक, उचित सूझबूझ तथा माँ की मर्यादा प्रदान करते हैं। आदिशक्ति माँ के अतिरिक्त वे किसी अन्य देवता को नहीं लिये आवश्यक नही है। चातुर्य आपका मानसिक दृष्टिकोण है। जानते, वे जानते हैं कि उनसे अधिक शक्तिशाली कोई भी देवता तथा अबोधिता आपका अन्तःजात गुण है जो कि सर्वत्र व्याप्त शक्ति नहीं है। यही उनका विवेक है और प्रार्थना के समय आप भी इसे से सम्बद्ध है। निष्कपट बनने का प्रयत्न कीजिये। चातुर्य आपके ईश्वर आपको धन्य करे। आत्मसात कर ले।

"The Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (DIPAS) has successfully demonstrated that application of Sahaja yoga along with the conventional anti- epileptic drugs could control epilepsy". So it is up to the Sahaja Yogis now to spread the word, to open people's eyes to the Truth and let them know that the Adi Shakti is here.  थु ו ब ना एे पारंपरिक तौर पर, तीर्थयात्रा पर जाना साधना के लिये उपयुक्त माना जाता है। रास्ता जितना कठिनाईयों से भरा होगा, अंतिम परिणाम उतना ही अच्छा होने की संभावना प्रबल होती है। यात्रा का एक उपयुक्त समय होता है, जब काल में बंधे हुए (मनुष्य) और कालातीत मिलते है; जब हम स्वतः के, तथा परम के विषय मे अपनी समझ बढ़ाने का प्रयत्न करते है। अमरनाथ की पवित्र गुफा के लिये वार्षिक तीर्थयात्रा का मर्म यही है। ा अमरनाथ की यात्रा का सर्वाच्च बिंदु श्रावण माह की पूर्णिमा के समय होता है। बारहवी शताब्दी में रचित रज तरंगिणी तथा अबुल फज़ल लिखित आईन-ए-अकबरी के अनुसार, सदियों से साधु संत व तीर्थ यात्री अमरनाथ यात्रा पर जाते रहे । इस वर्ष भी पूर्णतः बर्फ से बने और हिमालय की गहराइयों में स्थित इस शिव-लिंग के दर्शनार्थ एक लक्ष से अधिक तीर्थयात्री अमरनाथ गए। यही वह स्थान है जहाँ अर्ध श्री पर्वतीजी को श्री शिव ने ब्रह्मांड के निर्माण तथा हुनन का रहस्य बताया था । अंडो में भ्रूण रूप में उपस्थित कबूतरों के एक जोड़े ने अनजाने में ही यह रहस्य सुन लिये। कथा कुछ इस तरह है, कि सदियों पहले माँ पार्वती ने श्री शिवजी से उनके मुंड-माला पहनने का कारण पूछा। श्री शिवजी ने माँ पार्वती को बताया कि वे जब भी जन्म लेती हैं तो वे माला में एक नया मुंड जोड़ देते हैं। इस बारे में और जानने की माँ की लगातार विनति के बाद उन्होंनें माँ को अजर-अमर रहस्य बताने का निश्चय किया। इसके -सुप्त लिये उन्हें एक एकांत स्थान की जरूरत हुई, जहाँ कोई जीवित प्राणी उसे सुन ना सके। उन्होंने अमरनाथ की गुफा को चुना। इसकी तैयारी में उन्होंनें सर्वप्रथम नंदी को पहलगाम (बैल गाँव) में शेषनाग झील के किनारे अपने सारे नागों को छोड़ा। महागुणास पर्वत (महागणेश पर्वत) पर उन्होनें अपने पुत्र (गणेश) को छोड़ने का निर्णय किया। पंजतरणी पर उन्होंनें पौचो तत्व जिनसे जीवित प्राणी उत्पन्न होते हैं (पृथ्वी, आकाश, जल, वायु तथा अग्नि) को छोड़ा। श्री शिवजी इन तत्त्वों के स्वामी माने जाते हैं। माना जाता है, कि इसके बाद सांसारिक दुनिया के त्याग के सांकेतिक, श्री शिव- पर्वती नें तांडव नृत्य किया। कोई जीवित प्राणी अमर कथा ना सुन सके, यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिये श्री शिवजी नें कालाग्नि नामक रूद्र का सृजन किया। किसी भी जीवित प्राणी को निकालने के लिये उसे गुफा के अंदर और चारों ओर अग्नि फैलाने के लिये कहा। तत्पश्चात् श्री शिवजी नें माँ पार्वती को वह अनश्वर रहस्य बताया । संयोगवश श्री शिव - पार्वती के मृग-आसन में कबूतर के दो अंडे सुरक्षित रहे। प्रथम तो अंडे होने के कारण वे निर्जीव माने गये और द्वितीय, वे शिव-पार्वती आसन के आश्रय में बच गयें अमर कथा को सुन चुके इन अंडों से जो छोड़ा। चंदनवाडी में उन्होनें अपनी जटाओं से चन्द्रमा को छोड़ा (जटाओं)। कबूतर जन्मे, अजर-अमर (अनश्वर) हो गये। अमरनाथ पर इनके दर्शन होना अत्यन्त शुभ माना जाता है। १३००० फुट की ऊँचाई पर स्थित यह शिव तीर्थ एक गुफा में है। इसमें स्थित शिव-लिंग पूर्णतः बर्फ (हिम) से बना है, जो चन्द्रमा की अवस्था के अनुरूप घटता और बढ़ता रहता है। माना जाता है कि श्रावण माह की पूर्णिमा को इसकी स्थिती आदर्श होती है। यह भी माना जाता है कि इसी स्थान पर श्री शिवजी ने देवों को अमरता का वरदान दिया था; अंतः यह नाम अमरनाथ पड़ा। रब एक वृत्तांत के अनुसार, बालकोट गांव के बुटा मालिक नामक एक गुज्जर मुसलमान गड़रिये नें इस तीर्थ को कुछ शताब्दियों पहले फिर से खोज निकाला। तीर्थ स्थल पर अर्पित चढ़ावे का तीसरा भाग अब भी उसके परिवार को मिलता है। वर्तमान कश्मीर घाटी नीलमाता पुराण के अनुसार, सतिदेश नाम की विशाल झील हुआ करती थी। ये झील उँचे पहाड़ों से घिरी हुई थी। पानी के नीचे अमर हो जाने वाले जलोदभव नामक के 9, क न

And when your guru is Adishakti Herself, She blesses a thousand fold to fulfill
every desire of Her children. Yogis wished of a platform to integrate the yuvas, so She
created 'Yuvadrishti'. What remained unsaid was that this very platform would be the
medium of ascent for so many yuvas, either directly or indirectly.
It is Her kingdom and nothing in it lives more than its life. Therefore it is
heartening to Celebrate the Second Year of Yuvadrishti, for the existence of
even a speck of sand is a sign that it fulfills the purpose for which it
was created.
So, come one come all, lets join this celebration. Lets celebrate
this creation called 'Yuvadrishti'.

 वाणेश पूजा,
श्री गणेश के समान आप सब के चेहरों पर भी अत्यन्त सुन्दर
चमक है। आपके छोटे, बड़े या वृद्ध होने से कोई फर्क नही पड़ता।
श्री गणेश कि शक्ति हमारे अन्दर प्रवाहित होने से ही हमें सौंदर्य प्राप्त
होता है। श्री गणेश, जो सभी देवताओं की शक्ति के ख्त्रोत हैं, जब
हमसे प्रसन्न होते हैं तो अन्य सभी देवता भी प्रसन्न हो जाते हैं। उप
कुलपति की भौति वे हर चक्र पर विराजमान रहते हैं। उनकी इच्छा
के बिना कुण्डलिनी का उत्थान नहीं हो सकता क्योंकि कुण्डलिनी
श्री गणेश जी की आदि-कुमारी-गौरी माँ हैं।
श्री गणेश शाश्वत शिशु हैं। अहं तथा बन्धनों से वे परे हैं।
हमें भी अपनी माँ के शाश्वत शिशु बनना है। इस अवस्था को प्राप्त
करने के लिए हमें अपनी कुण्डलिनी को उठाना है और सहस्त्रार ें
स्थिर करके अपने चित्त को अधिकाधिक
महिलाओं को डा
डायन" तथा पुरुषों को राक्षस कह कर बुलाते
थे। तब मुझे एहसास हुआ कि उनके अन्दर गणेश तत्त्व पूर्णत:
जागृत हो गया है। सभी पशुओं का, विशेषतः पक्षियों का, गणेश
तत्त्वपूर्णतः अखण्ड होता है। पक्षी साइबेरिया से आस्ट्रेलिया तक
की दूरी उड़ कर पार कर सकते हैं। दिशा ज्ञान श्री गणेश की देन है।
श्री गणेश ही उनके अन्दर का चुम्बक हैं। हमारे अन्तः स्थित यह
चुम्बक अबोध तथा निष्कपट व्यक्तियों को हमारी ओर आकर्षित
करता है तथा राक्षस प्रवृत्ति के लोगों को हमसे दूर भगाता है। इस
चुम्बक मे यह दोनों गुण निहित हैं यह कपटी लोगों को दूर भगाकर
निष्कपट मनुष्यों को हमारी ओर आकर्षित करता है। यही कारण है
कि अपने भरसक प्रयत्न के बावजूद
हम कुछ लोगों को सहन नही कर
सकते। श्री गणेश ही इसका कारण
समय वहाँ रखकर, बिना किसी प्रतिक्रिया
हैं।

पश्चिम में लोगों ने श्री गणेश
तत्त्व को विकृत करने जैसा बहुत कुछ

कि वास्तव में काव्य हैं, प्रकट होता है।
बच्चे गणेश तत्त्व की समस्याओं से
यही कारण है कि एक कवि किसी साधारण
व्यक्ति से अधिक देख पाता है। अन्तर्निहित
पीड़ित है। दूषित वातावरण के कारण
वे इन समस्याओं के शिकार हैं।
सहजयोग में भी कुछ लोग पाखंडियों
सौन्दर्य आप के अवलोकन में भर जाता है
और आप भी इसे देखने लगते हैं । आपने
बच्चे तो देखे हैं। वे जिस भी जाति या देश
से संबंधित हों प्रायः अति सुन्दर होते है।
जापान में एक बार मैं एक मंदिर में गई। कुछ पश्चिमी महिलाओं ने ऐसेलोगों का पक्ष लेने वाले व्यक्ति भी हैं। इस प्रकार की सहानुभूति,
यह कह कर कि "जापानी बच्चे आपको डायन कहेंगे," मुझे वहाँ पाने वाले और देने बाले दोनो के लिए हानिकारक है क्योंकि पाने
जाने से रोका। मैं जब वहाँ गई तो सभी बच्चे दौड़कर मुझसे चिपट वाला अपनी समस्या से छुटकारा नही पा सकता तथा सहानुभूति
गये, वे मुझे वहाँ से जाने ही नही दे रहे थे तथा मेरी साड़ी तथा हाथों देने वाला व्यक्ति भी उन्हीं समस्याओं में फँस जाता है। धरती माँ पर
को चूम रहे थे। मुझे आश्चर्य कि जो बच्चे मेरे तथा मेरी बैठ कर श्री गणेश अथर्वशीर्ष पढ़ो तथा श्री गणेश का ध्यान
पुत्रियों के प्रति इतने मधुर थे वे उन महिलाओं को डायन कैसे कह करो, आपकी समस्याओं का अंत स्वतः ही हो जाएगा ऐसी

समस्याएँ नर्क में जाने का पक्का साधन हैं, क्योंकि मूलाधार की हुए विशेषतः उनकी पूजा कीजिए। अपने पूर्व पाखंडों, बन्धनों,
समस्या के कारण ऐसे रोग उत्पन्न हो जाते हैं जिन्हे चिकित्सक दुश्विचारों तथा दोषपूर्ण जीवन को वायू विलीन हो जाने दें तथा
असाध्य रोग कहते हैं। मल्टीपल स्क्लेरॉसिस, मास पेशियों की अपनी अबोधिता की कोमल तथा सुन्दर चाँदनी को प्रकट कर अपने
विकलांगता, आदी। एड्स मूलाधार की समस्या के सिवाएकुछ भी अन्तर से प्रवाहित होने दे । हम इन गुणों को उद्घाटित करें।
श्री गणेश शिशु होते हुए भी विवेक के दाता हैं। अतः हम
आप अपना बलिदान करना चाहे तो हम ऐसे मूर्खों के लिये क्या कर कहसकते हैं कि विवेक मार्ग पर चलाएँ जाने पर बच्चे ही विवेक के
सकते हैं। बुद्धिहीनता भी मूलाधार की विकृति के कारण होती है, दाता हैं। कितने विवेक से वे बातचीत करते हैं। उनमें से कुछ तो
क्योंकि गणेशजी ही सुबुद्धि के दाता हैं। लोग विभिन्न प्रकार की मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास में लेकर आप लोगों की गतिविधियों के बारें में
अविश्वसनीय मूर्खताएँ करते हैं; जैसे हाल ही में भारत से बड़े बताते हैं। श्री गणेश ने आपकी रचना की, उन्हीं की कृपा से आप

अबोधिता एक आंतरिक गुण है, जिसे हम कभी नही खोते। जिस
मूलाधार ठीक न होने के कारण यह सब मूर्खताएँ होती हैं।
गहन रूप में यदि आप देखें तो श्री गणेश आदिशक्ति माँ के
बच्चे हैं। आदिशक्ति माँ ओंकार से इनकी

सदाशिव और आदिशक्ति सृष्टि की रचना

मानसिक दृष्टिकोण है। तथा अबोधिता
प्रकाशपूर्ण चैतन्य लहरियाँ। उनके दाहिने
भाग में सभी तत्त्वों के अणु हैं और बायें
आपका अन्तःजात गुण है जो किसर्वत्र
व्याप्त शक्ति से सम्बद्ध है।

anti-epileptic drugs has been found to control epilepsy
successfully, according to eminent defence scientist Dr APJ
Abdul Kalam.
Delivering a lecture in absentia, on "Indigenous
Technology: The Impact on the Health Care in the Next
Millennium" at the first joint annual conference of the Indian
Epilepsy Association and Indian Epilepsy Society here, Dr
Kalam said. "The Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied
Sciences (DIPAS) has successfully demonstrated that
application of Sahaja yoga along with the conventional anti-
epileptic drugs could control epilepsy".
So it is up to the Sahaja Yogis now to spread the
word, to open people's eyes to the Truth and let them
know that the Adi Shakti is here. The Adi Shakti is
with each of us as a reflection of Her Kundalini and
we are also surrounded by Her power, the

कुण्डलिनी शब्द संस्कृत के कुण्डल शब्द से उत्पन्न है, अर्थात
जो कुण्डल में है। कुण्डलिनी शक्ति रीढ की हड्डी के नीचे त्रिकोणाकार
अस्थि (Sacrum) में ३ '/, कुण्डलों में सुप्तावस्था में स्थित होती है।
त्रिकोणाकर अस्थि के Latin नाम 'Os Sacrum' का अर्थ 'शरीर का
पवित्रतम हिस्सा' है। प्राचीन ग्रीक (युनानी) इस बात को जानते थे,
और क्योंकि शरीर के दहन में नष्ट होनेवाला यह अन्तिम भाग है, इसे
आसपास) ने अपने काव्य में कुण्डलिनी के विषय में लिखा। गुरु

ताओं में ते चिंग (आदिरशक्ति) माँ के रूप में वर्णित है । लाओ
-त्से ने कुण्डलिनी का वर्णन उस घाटी की आत्मा के रूप में किया,
जिसमें सुषुम्ना नाड़ी प्रवाहित है और उसे अनश्वर बताया। हमारा
अन्दरूनी आध्यात्मिक यंत्र, जो हमें ब्रह्म से जोड़ता है, संसार के
बच्चे के जन्म के बाद जब ब्रह्म की शक्ति से उसका सबंध टूट
जाता है, तो मूलाधार में स्थित कुण्डलिनी प्रसुप्त (Dormant) हो जाती
है। कुण्डलिनी के ३ / कुण्डल सर्प की तरह होने के कारण प्राचीन
पुस्तकों, जैसे घेरंद्र संहिता में इसे भुजंग- रूपिणी वर्णित किया गया।
मानव की कुण्डलिनी में रस्सी की तरह, शक्ती के कई धागे होते है।
कुण्डलिनी के ३/ कुण्डल इस शक्ति के एक-साथ मोड़ने से बनते
है । परम् पूज्य श्री माताजी निर्मला देवी के अनुसार इन धागों की
संख्या 210 है। जब कुण्डलिनी जागृत होती है, इनमें से केवल २
या ३धागे जागृत होकर ब्रह्मरंध्र का भेदन करते हैं। इन्हे सबसे अंदरूनी
नाडी (ब्रह्म नाड़ी) से गुजरना होता है। इनका चलन-वलन पूर्णतः
सूक्ष्म दर्शन (Microcosm) से बर्णित किया जा सकता है।
बौद्ध गुरूओं नें मानव में स्थित मोक्ष के मार्ग के अस्तित्व को
सबसे बड़ा रहस्य माना। उन्होंनें इस ज्ञान को केवल कुछ योग्य शिष्यों
तक ही सीमित रखा। विभिन्न संस्कृतियों में, विभिन्न स्वरूपों में
कुण्डलिनी के चिन्ह देखे जा सकते है; जैसे कि बुध का सर्प (mercurys
serpent) जो मानसिक रूपान्तरण की क्रिया का रासायनिक चिन्ह
है।

प्राचीन युनानी और बाद में

पारंपरिक तौर पर, तीर्थयात्रा पर जाना साधना के लिये उपयुक्त माना जाता है। रास्ता जितना कठिनाईयों से भरा होगा, अंतिम
परिणाम उतना ही अच्छा होने की संभावना प्रबल होती है। यात्रा का एक उपयुक्त समय होता है, जब काल में बंधे हुए (मनुष्य) और
कालातीत मिलते है; जब हम स्वतः के, तथा परम के विषय मे अपनी समझ बढ़ाने का प्रयत्न करते है। अमरनाथ की पवित्र गुफा के लिये
वार्षिक तीर्थयात्रा का मर्म यही है।

अमरनाथ की यात्रा का सर्वाच्च बिंदु श्रावण माह की पूर्णिमा के समय होता है। बारहवी शताब्दी में रचित रज तरंगिणी तथा अबुल
फज़ल लिखित आईन-ए-अकबरी के अनुसार, सदियों से साधु संत व तीर्थ यात्री अमरनाथ यात्रा पर जाते रहे । इस वर्ष भी पूर्णतः बर्फ
से बने और हिमालय की गहराइयों में स्थित इस शिव-लिंग के दर्शनार्थ एक लक्ष से अधिक तीर्थयात्री अमरनाथ गए।
यही वह स्थान है जहाँ अर्ध श्री पर्वतीजी को श्री शिव ने ब्रह्मांड के निर्माण तथा हुनन का रहस्य बताया था । अंडो में भ्रूण रूप
में उपस्थित कबूतरों के एक जोड़े ने अनजाने में ही यह रहस्य सुन लिये। कथा कुछ इस तरह है, कि सदियों पहले माँ पार्वती ने श्री शिवजी
से उनके मुंड-माला पहनने का कारण पूछा। श्री शिवजी ने माँ पार्वती को बताया कि वे जब भी जन्म लेती हैं तो वे माला में एक नया मुंड
जोड़ देते हैं। इस बारे में और जानने की माँ की लगातार विनति के बाद उन्होंनें माँ को अजर-अमर रहस्य बताने का निश्चय किया। इसके

लिये उन्हें एक एकांत स्थान की जरूरत हुई, जहाँ कोई जीवित प्राणी उसे सुन ना सके। उन्होंने अमरनाथ की गुफा को चुना। इसकी तैयारी
में उन्होंनें सर्वप्रथम नंदी को पहलगाम (बैल गाँव) में
शेषनाग झील के किनारे अपने सारे नागों को छोड़ा। महागुणास पर्वत (महागणेश पर्वत) पर उन्होनें अपने पुत्र (गणेश) को छोड़ने का
निर्णय किया। पंजतरणी पर उन्होंनें पौचो तत्व जिनसे जीवित प्राणी उत्पन्न होते हैं (पृथ्वी, आकाश, जल, वायु तथा अग्नि) को छोड़ा।
श्री शिवजी इन तत्त्वों के स्वामी माने जाते हैं। माना जाता है, कि इसके बाद सांसारिक दुनिया के त्याग के सांकेतिक, श्री शिव- पर्वती नें
तांडव नृत्य किया। कोई जीवित प्राणी अमर कथा ना सुन सके, यह सुनिश्चित करने के लिये श्री शिवजी नें कालाग्नि नामक रूद्र का सृजन
किया। किसी भी जीवित प्राणी को निकालने के लिये उसे गुफा के अंदर और चारों ओर अग्नि फैलाने के लिये कहा। तत्पश्चात् श्री शिवजी
नें माँ पार्वती को वह अनश्वर रहस्य बताया । संयोगवश श्री शिव - पार्वती के मृग-आसन में कबूतर के दो अंडे सुरक्षित रहे। प्रथम तो अंडे
होने के कारण वे निर्जीव माने गये और द्वितीय, वे शिव-पार्वती आसन के आश्रय में बच गयें अमर कथा को सुन चुके इन अंडों से जो
छोड़ा। चंदनवाडी में उन्होनें अपनी जटाओं से चन्द्रमा को छोड़ा (जटाओं)।
कबूतर जन्मे, अजर-अमर (अनश्वर) हो गये। अमरनाथ पर इनके दर्शन होना अत्यन्त शुभ माना
जाता है।
१३००० फुट की ऊँचाई पर स्थित यह शिव तीर्थ एक गुफा में है। इसमें स्थित शिव-लिंग
पूर्णतः बर्फ (हिम) से बना है, जो चन्द्रमा की अवस्था के अनुरूप घटता और बढ़ता रहता है। माना
जाता है कि श्रावण माह की पूर्णिमा को इसकी स्थिती आदर्श होती है। यह भी माना जाता है कि इसी
स्थान पर श्री शिवजी ने देवों को अमरता का वरदान दिया था; अंतः यह नाम अमरनाथ पड़ा।

In the beginning of March 1923, Shri Mataji's parents went for hunting as Her mother desired to see
an uncaged tiger in its natural environment. When they were sitting on a machan (a platform built on a tree
top), they saw a huge tigress approaching them. She asked him not to shoot as that tigress was pregnant, and
that made her feel motherly and therefore she did not want the tigress to be killed. Shri Mataji's father then
said that she might deliver Shri Durga, the Goddess who rides on a tiger.
Birth of Shri Mataji took place in the month of March 1923. Smt. Cornelia (Shri Matajis mother)
delivered a very radiant, fair looking female child. The child had a spotless complexion and a head full of
thick, black hair. She had very bright shiny eyes and a very sweet smile. She was born in the middle of the
day, on 21" March, that is the day on which the sun completes its travel from the equator to the Tropic of
Cancer and heralds the beginning of bright sunshine, particularly in India. It is also the day when day and

As we all know future is of Youth. In this modern era by all functionaries of society that is Politicians,
media, mafia, fashion baron and so on, now it is up to the Youth to take up the mission of transformation of
society. This transformation has to come from inside which is the message of Shri Mataji and also mine. If
Youth doesn't take up this mission of spreading the message of Sahaja Yoga then future is very bleak. All
Youth should take up this job of transformation which is given to us by Shri Mataji.
Sahaja Yogi Youth is different from normal people because their inner power is enlightened. They are
