StarNet should be a welcoming place to build, learn, and disagree constructively.

## Expected behavior

- Be respectful, specific, and patient.
- Critique ideas and code, not people.
- Assume good intent while remaining accountable for impact.
- Respect privacy and do not publish another person's personal information.
- Help keep technical and product discussions accessible to newcomers.

## Unacceptable behavior

Harassment, threats, discrimination, sexualized attention, deliberate intimidation, sustained
disruption, and retaliation are not tolerated in project spaces or when representing the project.

## Reporting and enforcement

Report conduct concerns privately to **androo.agi@gmail.com**. Do not open a public issue containing
sensitive details. Maintainers may edit or remove contributions, restrict participation, or ban
people whose behavior violates this policy. Reports will be handled as privately as practical, and
retaliation against a reporter is itself a violation.

This policy applies to repositories, issue trackers, reviews, community spaces, and public events
where someone is representing StarNet.
