    no X-RateLimit-*, and no Retry-After on a 429. The only runtime signals an
    agent gets are the status codes themselves: 429 for throttling and 402 for
    credit-pool exhaustion. Remaining budget cannot be read from the wire at all;
    credit balances are visible only in the platform UI under Settings > Credits.
    This is the single biggest agent-readiness gap in the 6sense API surface —
    a client must model the documented limits blind and cannot distinguish
    "nearly out" from "plenty left" until it is refused.
