  clinician-facing and delivered bilaterally — clonoSEQ orders and results flow through Epic
  (including Epic Aura), Flatiron Health's OncoEMR via Molecular Profiling Integration, and
  Carequality/health information exchanges, arranged through its EMR integration specialists
  rather than through self-serve documentation.
