Applied EV publishes no pricing, plans or tiers for the IoV Cloud Platform or any of its vehicle
APIs. The site has no /pricing page (the SPA origin returns a genuine 404 for it) and no pricing
section on the cloud platform page; the only commercial call to action anywhere on the site is an
"Enquire now" form at https://www.appliedev.com/?contact=true. This is an enterprise
contact-sales motion with no published commercial terms — an honest zero, not a missing fetch.
