program, no developer portal, no SDK, and no machine-readable contract of any kind. This was
established by probe, not by assumption:

- No OpenAPI, Swagger, GraphQL SDL, AsyncAPI, MCP or A2A surface on any host the company
  controls (`/openapi.json`, `/swagger.json`, `/api-docs`, `/.well-known/agent-card.json`,
  `/.well-known/agent.json` and the rest all 404 on `www.ares.com`).
- `developer.aresmgmt.com`, `api.aresmgmt.com` and `api-everest.aresmgmt.com` resolve only
  through a wildcard DNS record and nothing listens on them - every connection times out.
  `developer.ares.com` and `api.ares.com` do not resolve at all.
- Every `/.well-known/` discovery path on `www.ares.com` and `ir.ares.com` returned 404, and
  every one on the legacy `www.aresmgmt.com` redirects to the ares.com homepage rather than a
  document (see `well-known/ares-management-well-known.yml` for the full probe record).
- The published sitemap (`https://www.ares.com/sitemap.xml`, 1,055 URLs) contains no
  developer, API, docs or integration page. Its sections are who-we-are, news-and-insights,
  press-releases, our-strategies, businesses-and-products, private-wealth, careers and legal.
- The company's GitHub organization (`https://github.com/aresmgmt`, contact devops@aresmgmt.com)
  has zero public repositories.
- The only investor-facing software surfaces are gated portals: Ares Connect
  (`aresconnect.aresmgmt.com`, Cloudflare-403 to the public) and a BeyondTrust remote-support
  console at `support.aresmgmt.com`. Neither documents an API.
