# ARRIS Group

> ARRIS Group was a global telecommunications equipment company — broadband, video and
> wireless products for cable operators, telcos and ISPs. It is no longer an operating
> company. CommScope acquired ARRIS in 2019; CommScope sold the former ARRIS Home Networks
> business to Vantiva in 2023; and in January 2026 CommScope closed the sale of its
> Connectivity and Cable Solutions unit to Amphenol and renamed itself Vistance Networks.
> arris.com and arrisi.com now 301 to www.vistancenetworks.com. ARRIS Group publishes no
> developer portal, no API reference and no machine-readable contract, and no ARRIS
> developer host resolves in DNS.

- Company status: absorbed. Acquired by CommScope in 2019; brand retired.
- Developer surface: none. No OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, GraphQL SDL, MCP server, agent card,
  Postman collection or SDK was found on any host this record names.
- Successor developer surface: the live CommScope / RUCKUS APIs (RUCKUS One, SmartZone,
