We’ve got the answers right on our Ridership Reports page.  [Read more.](https://www.bart.gov/about/reports/ridership) --- ### January 2026 Resident Survey Report The 2026 Resident Survey report (.pdf) provides insight into the opinions of a random sample of adults in BART’s five-county service area.  Topics covered include frequency of transit ridership, favorability ratings of local transit agencies, frequency of BART ridership, satisfaction with BART, and perceptions of BART.  Unlike most other surveys that BART conducts with riders and/or voters, these data are representative of the general adult population in the service area. It also requires a published Annual Report to include the use of military equipment, any complaints received, any internal audits or other information about violations of BART PD Lexipol Policy 711, the cost of such use and other similar information.  All documents related to the Military Equipment Use Policy can be found at:  https://www.bart.gov/about/police/reports/equipment
