# big xyt

> big xyt AG (branded xyt; big-xyt.com redirects to xyt.one) is an independent, majority employee-owned market data analytics firm in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. It provides tick-data-driven analytics across equities, ETFs, listed derivatives, FX, and fixed income covering 120+ venues, processing 12bn+ messages per day with ~10 years of nanosecond-precision, market-by-order history. Products include the Liquidity Cockpit, Transaction Cost Analysis (SMART benchmark), pre-trade cost modeling, a Datashop, and the xyt AI natural-language query layer.

Important: big xyt names three API products publicly, but their reference documentation at docs.big-xyt.com is login-gated (HTTP 403 unauthenticated). There is no public OpenAPI, no self-serve signup, and no public pricing; access is via a book-a-demo / contact-sales motion. Legacy public docs (2018) described an HTTPS REST service using OAuth 2.0 password-grant bearer tokens with length-prefixed Protocol Buffers v3 payloads and official Python, R, Java, and C# client libraries.
