## What is NOT callable

The things an agent would actually want from BXP are not in the API. Properties, regions,
team members, property types and member types exist on the site as custom post types — each has
its own XML sitemap — but none is registered for REST. There is no leasing, availability,
tenant, or building-systems API. Writes and privileged reads require a WordPress account on
BXP's own site and are not obtainable by a third party.

## Operating notes for an agent

- Present a browser-shaped `User-Agent`. Cloudflare answers a default agent User-Agent with an

  that return 200 to a browser.

  Observed codes: `rest_invalid_param` (400), `rest_no_route` (404), `rest_post_invalid_id` (404),
  `rest_forbidden` (401), `rest_cannot_view_themes` (401).
- There is no idempotency mechanism and no dry-run mode.
