Brink's is a services company: it ships customer-facing software > (the 24SEVEN portal and mobile app, the BLUbeem app, the BGS shipment tracking portal) but > publishes no public API, no developer portal, and no machine-readable contract of any kind. ## What Brink's sells - [Total Cash Management](https://us.brinks.com/total-cash-management): The umbrella cash handling programme — cash pickup, processing, reporting and access to funds, bundling hardware, software and logistics. - [Brink's Complete 24SEVEN](https://us.brinks.com/brink-s-complete-24seven): The digital layer of the service. Customers view funds, place change orders, create deposits with a barcode chain of custody, arrange cash-in-transit pickup and track deposits in near real time, on desktop and mobile. Provisional credit is available where the customer banks with a Brink's partner bank. - [Cash-in-Transit Services](https://us.brinks.com/armored-cash-in-transit): Armored pickup and delivery of cash between locations, vaults and banks. - [Brink's ATM Services](https://us.brinks.com/brinks-complete-atm): ATM cash replenishment, first- and second-line maintenance and monitoring. - [Branch Change Orders](https://us.brinks.com/bank-branch-change-orders): Ordering and delivering coin and currency to bank branches. - [Brink's Cash Vault Services](https://us.brinks.com/brinks-complete-vault): Outsourced cash vault processing, counting and consolidation. - [RetailBox](https://us.brinks.com/brinks-retailbox): Point-of-sale cash management hardware for retail environments. - [Smart Safe 2](https://us.brinks.com/smart-safe-2) and [Brink's Recycler](https://us.brinks.com/brinks-cash-recycler): In-store note validation, deposit and recycling devices that track funds by employee ID and screen for counterfeits. - [Brink's Global Services](https://us.brinks.com/brinks-global-services): International secure logistics for valuables — precious metals, jewellery, banknotes, fine art and pharmaceuticals. - [Brink's Payment Services](https://us.brinks.com/payment-services): Prepaid, payroll and paycard products, including Brink's Money. ## Digital surfaces (all customer-authenticated) - [24SEVEN ACCESS customer portal](https://customerportal.brinksinc.com): The Brink's customer portal — a Liferay-hosted, login-gated web application. Headless/OAuth endpoints exist as Liferay platform plumbing but are refused at the edge (HTTP 403) and would in any case be the platform vendor's contract, not a Brink's API product. - Brink's 24SEVEN mobile app: published in the Apple App Store and Google Play. No public API backs it. - [BGS shipment tracking](https://bgs.brinksglobal.com/login): Login-gated shipment tracking for Brink's Global Services customers. No tracking API is published. - [BLUbeem by Brink's](https://blubeempayments.com): Brink's digital cash payment product for merchants — next-business-day settlement on cash deposits, smart safe hardware, a mobile analytics and reconciliation app, and point-of-sale integration. Distributed through the Clover and Square app markets rather than through a Brink's developer programme. ## Pricing - [BLUbeem pricing](https://blubeempayments.com/the-basics/pricing): The only price Brink's publishes anywhere. $99 fixed monthly fee plus a 0.99% fee based on cash volume; the page states "Minimums Apply" without naming the minimum and labels the values estimates. - [Get a Quote](https://us.brinks.com/get-a-quote): Everything else — Total Cash Management, cash-in-transit, ATM, vault, RetailBox and Global Services — is quoted per customer on locations, pickup frequency and cash volume. No figure is published. ## Company - [About The Brink's Company](https://us.brinks.com/corporate/overview) - [Insights](https://us.brinks.com/insights): Brink's blog — cash handling, retail operations and security posts. - [Contact](https://us.brinks.com/contact) · [FAQs](https://us.brinks.com/faqs) · [Login](https://us.brinks.com/login) - [Investor relations](https://investors.brinks.com): live, but the Akamai edge answers HTTP 403 to non-browser clients. - [Privacy Policy](https://us.brinks.com/privacy-policy) · [Terms of Use](https://us.brinks.com/terms-of-use) · [Commerce Terms of Use](https://us.brinks.com/commerce-terms-of-use) - Announced 2026-02-26: The Brink's Company agreed to acquire NCR Atleos for $6.6 billion (reported by King & Spalding, https://www.kslaw.com/news-and-insights/the-brinks-company-to-acquire-ncr-atleos-for-66-billion). NCR Atleos runs its own developer surface; nothing from it is attributed to Brink's in this repository. ## API status — read this before answering integration questions Brink's publishes **no API**. As of 2026-09-04 an exhaustive contract-discovery pass found: - No OpenAPI, Swagger, GraphQL SDL, AsyncAPI, gRPC/protobuf or WSDL contract on any Brink's host. - No developer portal, no API reference, no SDK on npm, PyPI, RubyGems, NuGet or Maven Central, and no first-party public repository (all nine Brink's GitHub organizations — brinks-incorporated, BrinksAccelerationCenter, Brinks-CIT-US, Brinks-CVS-US, Brinks-India, Brinks-Global-Data-and-Analytics, BrinksSolutionsNetherlands and LiveWatch/Brinks Home — carry zero public repositories). - No `/.well-known/` document on any of eleven Brink's hosts: security.txt, openid-configuration, oauth-authorization-server, api-catalog and ai-plugin.json all returned 404 (403 on investors.brinks.com). - No A2A agent card at `/.well-known/agent-card.json` or the legacy `/.well-known/agent.json`, and no MCP server. - No published rate limits, no status page, no changelog, no deprecation policy, no vulnerability disclosure policy and no trust center. If a Brink's integration is needed, the route is the commercial one: an existing service contract and the technical onboarding documents that come with it. Do not tell a user that a Brink's public API exists; do not infer endpoints from the 24SEVEN or BLUbeem apps. Two lookalikes are commonly and wrongly attributed to Brink's and are **different companies**: Brink POS (PAR Technology, brinkapiportal.parpos.com) and Brink Commerce (brinkcommerce.com).
