# BTI Systems (Juniper)

> BTI Systems was an Ottawa, Ontario based supplier of cloud and metro packet-optical networking systems and software — the BTI 7800 Series Packet Optical Transport platform, the BTI 800 Series, and the proNX management software family (proNX Service Manager, proNX Optical Director). Juniper Networks completed its acquisition of BTI Systems on April 1, 2016. BTI no longer operates independently and publishes no independent developer portal or public API. Its product documentation and support live under Juniper Networks.
