- [List buildpack versions](https://registry.buildpacks.io/api/v1/buildpacks/paketo-buildpacks/nodejs): GET /buildpacks/{namespace}/{name} — `listBuildpackVersions`. Returns `{latest, versions[]}` where each version carries a `_link` to its full record.
- [Get buildpack version](https://registry.buildpacks.io/api/v1/buildpacks/paketo-buildpacks/nodejs/10.11.0): GET /buildpacks/{namespace}/{name}/{version} — `getBuildpackVersion`. Returns the full record including `addr`, the OCI image reference with digest, and `yanked`.

Errors are `{"error": "<message>"}` in application/json — not RFC 9457. 404 is `Unknown buildpack`
for both an unknown buildpack and an unknown version. No rate-limit headers are sent.

Publishing is NOT an API operation: `pack buildpack register` and `pack buildpack yank` open GitHub
issues against buildpacks/registry-index using the author's GitHub token.
