  Re-checked 2026-09-05. limit_count is 0 and there are no response headers to record, because there
  is no HTTP API to throttle: no OpenAPI, GraphQL, gRPC or SOAP contract is served on any Burlington
  host. The one documented integration surface is ASC X12 4010 EDI, transacted as batch interchanges
  through the Gateway Vendor Management Suite (https://edi.coat.com) rather than as request/response
  calls, so RateLimit-*/X-RateLimit-*/Retry-After semantics do not apply to it. Burlington's
  published EDI implementation guides state no interchange frequency cap, window or file-size limit;
  the seventeen guides were read and none contains a throttling section.
  A separate, non-API access control does exist and is worth recording: burlington.com's robots.txt
  disallows AI crawlers by name — ClaudeBot, Claude-Web, anthropic-ai, GPTBot, CCBot, Bytespider,
  cohere-ai, Applebot and others — with a blanket Disallow: /. That is a consent signal, not a rate
  limit, and it is captured here so it is not mistaken for one.
