# CallMiner > CallMiner is a conversation intelligence and contact-center analytics company. Its Eureka platform captures and analyzes omnichannel customer interactions — recorded and real-time audio, screen recordings, chat, email, surveys and video — to produce customer experience, quality management, risk and compliance, fraud detection and sales effectiveness insight. CallMiner exposes an OAuth 2.0 protected developer API on regional `api*.callminer.net` hosts, secured by its own IdentityServer-based identity provider at `idp*.callminer.net`. ## Access model - The developer API is **not publicly documented**. Swagger UI is served from the API host but redirects to an interactive CallMiner login. - Client credentials (`client_id` / `client_secret`) are issued by CallMiner, not through self-service signup. - `developer.callminer.com` and `partner.callminer.com`, cited by third-party directories, do **not resolve** (NXDOMAIN, verified 2026-08-09). - `https://api.callminer.net/robots.txt` is `User-agent: * / Disallow: /`. - The Swagger document itself is at the .NET Swashbuckle default `/swagger/v1/swagger.json`, on both the ingestion mount and the `/bulkexport` mount (each with its own OIDC `client_id`). Both 302 to `https://idp.callminer.net/connect/authorize`. The contract exists and is named `v1`; it is **gated, not absent**. - No first-party SDK exists on npm, PyPI, NuGet, RubyGems, crates.io or Maven Central, and there is no `github.com/callminer` organization. ## APIs - [CallMiner Eureka Ingestion API](https://api.callminer.net/swagger): Asynchronously add or update media and metadata for audio and text-based contacts in a Eureka tenant. Base URL `https://api.callminer.net`. OAuth scope `https://callminer.net/auth/platform-ingestion`. Reference is login-gated. - [CallMiner Eureka Bulk Export API](https://api.callminer.net/bulkexport/swagger): Create and poll bulk export jobs that extract contact, transcript, score and metadata datasets. Base URL `https://api.callminer.net/bulkexport/api`. OAuth scope `https://callminer.net/auth/platform-bulkexport`. Reference is login-gated. ## Bulk Export API surface Observed from a maintained third-party open-source client ([Matatika/tap-callminer](https://github.com/Matatika/tap-callminer)), not from CallMiner documentation. Base `https://api{region}.callminer.net/bulkexport/api`. - `POST /export/job` — create an export job. Body: `name`, `DataTypes[]`, `Duration{TimeFrame,StartDate,SearchMode}`, `EmailRecipients[]`. Search modes: `ClientCaptureDate`, `CreateDate`, `Updated`, `NewAndUpdated`. - `GET /export/history?id={jobId}` — poll executions (`Id`, `Status`, `CreateDate`, `FileSize`, `DownloadEndpoint`). Poll at 60s intervals. - `GET {DownloadEndpoint}` — download a ZIP of gzipped CSVs, one per data type, UTF-8 with BOM, datetimes `MM/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss`. - `DELETE /export/job/{jobId}` and `DELETE /export/history/{jobExecutionId}` — housekeeping. - `GET /info/callmetadataconfig` — the tenant's contact metadata column configuration (`ColumnName`, `FriendlyName`, `Description`, `DotNetType`). The Contact shape is **tenant-configurable**, so there is no fixed field list. Export data types: `Contacts`, `Ai_summaries`, `Alerts`, `Categories`, `Category_components`, `Client_Ids`, `Coach_insights`, `Coach_workflow`, `Comments`, `Email_metadata`, `Events` (Delay / MissingRealTimeSegements / Overtalk / Redaction / Silence), `Scores`, `Score_indicators`, `Tags`, `Transcripts_by_speaker`. Every one is keyed by `ContactID`; `Contact` is the aggregate root. ## Standards - [Open Voice Transcription Standard (OVTS)](https://callminer.com/products/open-voice-transcription-standard): CallMiner-authored interoperability framework letting a customer bring its own speech-to-text vendor. Members include AppTek, Deepgram, Google Cloud Speech-to-Text, Microsoft Azure Speech to Text, Nuance and SpeechMatics. CallMiner describes an OVTS API but publishes no OVTS schema or spec at any public URL. ## Commercial - No published pricing. `callminer.com/pricing` 302s to the Eureka product page. CallMiner states it "offers multiple bundled pricing packages, based on either user count or interaction volume" ([FAQ](https://callminer.com/faq/how-does-callminer-pricing-work)). No free tier, no self-service signup — [request a demo](https://callminer.com/c/request-a-demo). - No published rate limits, and none observable anonymously. ## Authentication - [OpenID Connect discovery](https://idp.callminer.net/.well-known/openid-configuration): Issuer `https://idp.callminer.net`. Grants: `authorization_code`, `client_credentials`, `refresh_token`, `implicit`, `password`, `device_code`. PKCE `S256` supported. Token endpoint auth: `client_secret_basic`, `client_secret_post`. - [Token endpoint](https://idp.callminer.net/connect/token): `grant_type=client_credentials` for server-to-server integrations. - [JWKS](https://idp.callminer.net/.well-known/openid-configuration/jwks): RS256 id_token signing keys. ## Regions CallMiner runs region-isolated API and identity hosts: US (`api.callminer.net` / `idp.callminer.net`), US-FISMA (`apif`/`idpf`), UK (`apiuk`/`idpuk`), AU (`apiaus`/`idpaus`), CA (`apica`/`idpca`), EU (`apiew`/`idpew`). ## Operations - [Service status](https://status.callminer.net/): Status.io page tracking Analyze, Coach, Realtime, OmniAgent, Outreach and **Developer API** across US, UK, Canada and EU. - [Data security and compliance](https://callminer.com/our-company-security): SOC 2 Type II, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, HITRUST CSF, FISMA and PCI DSS, audited by KirkpatrickPrice. ## Docs and support - [Integration listings](https://callminer.com/products/integrations/integration-listings): Pre-built connectors across CRM, chatbot, experience management, metadata, speech recognition, real-time audio, recorded audio, text/chat and video. - [Customer community](https://community.callminer.com/): Login required. - [Support / contact](https://callminer.com/contact) - [FAQ](https://callminer.com/faq) - [Blog](https://callminer.com/blog) — [RSS](https://callminer.com/blog/feed) ## Legal - [Terms of use](https://callminer.com/terms-use) - [Privacy policy](https://callminer.com/privacy-policy) ## API Evangelist artifacts - [apis.yml](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/apis.yml) - [Authentication profile](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/authentication/callminer-authentication.yml) - [OAuth scopes](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/scopes/callminer-scopes.yml) - [Well-known index](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/well-known/callminer-well-known.yml) - [Conformance](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/conformance/callminer-conformance.yml) - [Lifecycle](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/lifecycle/callminer-lifecycle.yml) - [Trust center](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/security/callminer-trust-center.yml) - [API conventions](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/conventions/callminer-conventions.yml) - [Data model](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/data-model/callminer-data-model.yml) - [Packages](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/packages/callminer-packages.yml) - [Plans and pricing](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/plans/callminer-plans-pricing.yml) - [Rate limits](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/api-evangelist/callminer/refs/heads/main/rate-limits/callminer-rate-limits.yml)
